HWX Mobility Scooter Battery Charger
We were looking to be able to charge the batteries separate to the mobility scooter as it has the charger built into the rear motor compartment. It can be removed but it is not easy without taking it apart. The battery box is easily removed and has an XLR three point connector on it so we looked for a lead acid type charger capable of providing 24V 2A, the correct charge for these batteries . This charger was ideal and works really well. It has an LED lamp on it, red light (charging) / green light (fully charged) which is really helpful. I would recommend this charger to anyone looking for a suitable unit for LEAD ACID batteries with a 24V 2A charging capacity. Please check your mobility scooter handbook for the correct information before purchasing any non manufacturer charger, Type of battery to be charged - Lead Acid / Nickel Cadmium (NiCad) / Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) etc as the chargers are different for each battery, and manufacturers charger output specification - V and A (eg, 24V 2A).

Just the job.
Charges a treat, a bit slow but you will pay a lot more for a rapid charger, fitted 2 new batteries to our 2nd hand scooter, used off and on until showing low and charged over night showing full the next day, had it for a few months used about 6 times, great.

Replacement for my pride scooter
I purchased this on Amazon prime as a replacement for my Pride revo 2.0 scooter charger that went pop 2 days before going away. It arrived the next day. Plugged it in and it charged the batteries fully. For £20 it was a perfect solution. The light went green when the batteries were fully charged. Great value for money and speedy delivery. Not as expected
Advert shows charger and plug but we only received the charger ? I am confused , as I was expecting both items and only got one...is this a mistake or do you have to buy them separately
