They love 'em
I got these for my son for Christmas. Him and his brother play with them non stop so far and love 'em. They're really small for adult hands, but perfect for kids. My kids can go play with their friends in the neighborhood or go fishing and we can find them, without yelling...

misrepresented by seller
This product is shown with a duocharger as well as mentioning the charger in the description on sellers site. It did not come with one the seller told me it was aaccident that that was done. I kept them only because it would cost more to ship them back then they are worth, as the seller will not send one. I doubt if I will risk purchasing from your format again. I only gave it 1 star because the form demands a rating to be submited. Jay Clark

it works.
so i got it today, only mine didnt come with the dual desktop charger. the radios themselves are fairly small, but thats actually pretty nice. i cant vouch for the 6 mile radius deal, i only tried em out wit my sis around the neighborhood. the worked just fine. it takes 3 AAA batteries to power one radio.

Work when others won't.
Bought these to use when I go camping and fishing. I often go out on my boat and leave my wife on the shore to hike or read. This way I can radio her to check on her, and I know she feels more comfortable with me going out on the boat alone when I'm just a button-push away.A few years ago we took these on a caving trip. We spent 2 days underground and the cave guides were laughing at us for bringing these - saying they'd bought a $500 radio system that wouldn't work down in the limestone caves.They weren't laughing for long. When their radios had gone out of range of our campsite, my wife and I could still hear each other - over half a mile away - under ground.
