Super easy to read in full sunlight!
A few thoughts:- The form factor is what attracted me to this unit and, after using it for a few weeks, I absolutely love it. I have it mounted so it floats just above my handlebar stem. Very easy to glance down and see what's what.- Simple. One button to scroll through time, odo, trip distance, speed, trip ave speed, trip max speed. I may have missed one and I'm sure that isn't the correct order. Long-press to reset the trip data.- Easy to remove from the mount. Too easy. I moved my reflector in front to protect the disconnect lever.- I tried to use a spare smart watch screen protector, but the Cateye is made of plastic and my very rigid screen protector didn't work well and I ended up removing it. A more flexible screen protector would work better. Because the quick disconnect lever is easy to engage, I've accidentally dropped it on my driveway a few times. The good news is that I didn't scratch it by doing so! Still, a little extra scratch protection of the plastic face seems prudent.- The white letters on black background is FANTASTIC. No LED shadows! Easy to read in all light conditions.- Included sensor and magnet were easy enough to attach and haven't required any adjustment after 30+ miles of on road and mild off-road use.- Designed for larger handlebars. I had to wrap mine with some electric tape before mounting. Not a big deal in my book but YMMV. Hasn't moved at all since mounting.- No on/off button. The unit just times out after a while if the bike is stationary.- Current speed is always displayed (when bike is in motion) and the mode button cycles through other data which is displayed on the 2nd row.- Entering wheel size and current time was a little bit of a PIA, but the manual explains the process perfectly. Took me three tries since I only skimmed the instructions at first.- I haven't tried, but apparently you can enter old ODO mileage if replacing a battery or migrating from a different bike computer.Overall, it's a great unit and includes all you need. I'll take good ergonomics over gimmicks all day long

It's not as quick as the name would lead you to believe.
Positive: Easy to read, easy to reset, easy to fasten to the bike, as accurate as other Cat Eyes I've had, It doesn't clutter up the handlebars, looks spiffyNegative: I wish whoever writes the set up instructions would quit & get a job at Taco Bell. Instead of/or in addition to the drawings & arrows, why couldn't they include a simply worded 1.do this 2. now do this, 3. now push this, etc. The mount that holds the computer to the bar clamp is weak. Be careful of it. If it gets bumped you might be buying another one. The clock isn't accurate, but then I've probably owned a least 6 or 7 Cateyes over the 6 decades I've been riding and NONE of the clocks were accurate. So, that's my story, & I'm stickin' to it.

Did not work upon delivery.
I received the cateye in an unopened package. It appeared shipped without damage issues. I followed the directions and it would not turn on, as if it had zero power. I read previous reviews that said it was shipped with dead batteries. I ordered two new batteries. Cr2023 and cr1616. It takes one of each. I replaced the batteries and it still did not work. It never turned on. I called their customer service and left a message. The message said I would hear back in 24-48hrs. They never called me back. I called again. Again, no response. I’m returning the item back to Amazon which is a little bit of a hassle because it has lithium batteries and it’s just not a scan and return item. So far their customer service did nothing, I bought two batteries for no reason out of pocket and it was time out of my day for a return. Unfortunately my hopes for a simple bike distance and speed monitor has failed. Cateye failed in every attempt at me trying their product and my reason to call them was an opportunity to see how their customer service reacted. Again a complete failure. My recommendation is do not order their products because they will not respond if there is a failure.Ultimately if I paid another company $10 to just smack me in the face and take my money it would have been a better experience than cateye. I’m now short $15 from unneeded batteries and a couple years off my life from standing in line behind an elderly woman and a teenaged clerk trying to complete another Amazon return, before my own. A quick $10 slap would have saved me time, money and been more dignified than my unanswered and repeated calls for service.

Amazing device!
I have only utilized my cateye for a few rides now but, it is great! It is easy to install and use, the display is large, and easily visible with polarized glasses too. I’m a huge fan of the look and size of the cateye. Looks great in my bike and maintains a low profile! A great feature is how easy it is to detach the display. While I’m not some avid cyclist, I find the cateye to be perfect in functionality and feel that it is great for all cyclist levels. A MUST OWN TOOL!

Nice form factor but hard to read in low light and subject to electronic interference
I'm a bike commuter and I ride in the dark daily. The reverse LCD looks great during the day but it's utterly unreadable in low light conditions. The out-front mount is nice; preserving bar space for a bell and light. Speaking of lights...that's the real caveat. The power regulation circuit in most LED bike lights will interfere with the Quick. Mounted within 3-4 inches of a Cygolite metro, the Quick didn't work at all. Moved 10 inches away from the light, the Quick kept an accurate record of distance but would not display any speed/distance data in real time. So, I think the light interferes with the Quick's display circuitry, not the wireless signal between the fork sensor and the main unit. Bottom line: if you have a light on your bike, you need to keep it as far away from this computer as possible. Great in bright ambient light but no bueno in low light.

Works great
Took a bit of time to get it adjusted properly, but once I measured the actual width of my tires with a digital caliper, and recalibrated, it was pretty accurate.

Works great, sensor needs to be very close
This works awesome-as soon as you have it set up properly. The sensor attached next to the front tire needs to be super close to the piece you put on the spokes. We had to have our sensor turned inwards, but once we got it right, it was very accurate and easy to use.

Sleek and stylish
Nice looking device with simple features. I wish fork/wheel sensors had stronger connection, had to mount it in a somewhat awkward way for it to register/function . Seems to be accurate and easy to use.
