5 stars for the cart itself, this thing is AWESOME! My kids love it, the shocks are great, the handles are positioned perfectly. It was fairly easy to assemble, the seat was a little tricky, but we got it.0 stars because the wheel has a bubble upon arrival, I contacted the seller for a replacement, they played dumb asking me "which wheel?".. they wasted so much time until 30 days passed and they closed the case saying I didn't contact them in 30 days and to contact the manufacturer, when I asked for the contact info I was ignored. I escalated the problem to Amazon, they seemed like they were going to help get a partial refund -I haven't heard back from them either.This is the first time I have been let down by both a seller and Amazon.. shame shame.

First Hoverkart arrived all scratched and dented due to minimalist style of packaging. Sent back with no issues. Second arrived less scratched and dented, but still so from the lousy packaging. Decided to keep it given my son would most likely add to the scratches eventually.Easy to assemble but not all the holes line up with the screws so don't tighten the seat until all 4 screws are started.These are meant to be agnostic of the hoverboard, and in doing so, they come with standard velcro straps to attach the Hoverkart to any hoverboard. Therefore, the straps really never give you a satisfying sense that they are connected as 'one'. I find that I have to re-tighten them every few days.Also, the shock is nice in theory but I've found that it adds more play to the whole thing. This translates into less stability of the hoverboard when you first turn it on and it is not completely flat and level. Therefore it tends to start moving in some direction each time you turn it on, even if sitting in the Hovercraft.Overall, my son loves it. But there are definitely design improvements they could make and at a minimum, the need to increase the packaging material.

I bought this for my 12-year-old daughters birthday and she loves riding it (honestly so do I). The material is solid and sturdy and putting it together was a breeze. The shocks are great for outdoor use, the seat is comfortable for all users, the handle bars are very easy to maneuver, and it seems to manage varying weights equally. We have had a 180 lb man down to a 50lb child and there is no change in functionality. This honestly is a fun accessory to your hoverboard for all ages. No real balance skill needed with this fun addition, just hours of fun.

These things are great ! After I bought one for my kid, I ended up buying 2 more for his cousins. This is also an awesome way to get your kid (or any family member) to dust off the old hover board they ended up putting away in a closet and use it again. The length does adjust pretty far out so adults can enjoy this as well. I chose this one with the shocks because my kid rides in the grass in the yard and that can be kind of bumpy. I'm very happy with this kart.

The swaggron uses the weight of ones foot to activate the notor drives. So, when you strap down the cart to the unit it does the same as standing on it. Beware that until you release the straps you cannot turn off the swagtron. In short, even if you push the button thr seagtron will not shit off until the pressure switch is deactivated. This could be a potential hazard if the unit wants to keep going forward as you will have to physicly lift it off the ground while the wheels are engaged.Really a bad idea to strap these on unless they come up with a work around. Just not safe.The cart itself is sturday and well made......

LIKE: Strong materials, is a good ideal and satisfactory designDISLIKE: Poor quality in the screws holes, one needed hole was not finish, another screw hole the thread get damage. Some tubes need to adjust manually because come with little hits that not allow to get in the connection with other part of the toy.

Not quality - 4 of the 16 screws for the strap brackets were loose in box. Realized this was because they couldn’t be screwed in as the holes were not threaded or messed up. Someone knew it was bad but shipped anyway. - aired up front tire and bulge showed up in middle of tire. Not near 30 psi labeled on tire - 12 yr old Son rode 1 time and clamps that hold the bracket for the front tire would not hold the 2 halves together. Unit came in halve and son lost skin on knuckles. - put bolt in to keep the 2 halves together. Son rode again we noticed front tire wobbly. Bearing on 1 side of wheel fell apart.Asked for replacement front caster. Company responded they will replace entire unit (hence 2 stars rather than 0) but I have to ship it back to them which will cost more than me just replacing front caster. Now debating which to do.

Actually pretty decent quality. Inflatable tire is nice and the adjustable shocks are great for bigger kids and adults. It's a lot of fun but beware that if you drive this hard with bigger people, your balance scooter will probably overheat. But it's ok, it doesn't hurt it at all. Fun for the whole family (as long as everyone in your family weights under 220 pounds!)

So I read the the reviews and listened to the wobble front wheel complaint.I took a chance anyway because some where not reporting this as an issue and I wanted a air filled front tire.After all this has suspension so having a solid front wheel did not make sense to me.I am sad to report this front caster wheel wobbles at anything faster than a slow walk speed.It so bad it makes the cart unusable.After doing some research on the issue it comes down to poor caster design angles.Don’t make the same mistake as me look for a better design for the front wheel or you will end up with something that can’t be properly used.Hope this helps someone avoid the stress of buying something that doesn’t work as intended.

I would give it 5 stars if the instruction described clearer. It took me a while to assemble it. The hardest part was figuring out how the straps went around the hover board. The wrench and tools came with it did not do the job very well.It was very comfortable to ride on. The shock absorption does its job very well. I have no problem go on and off the sidewalk edge. The front wheel needs to have a fender to stop sand blasting to the face.

LOL I have to say this thing is a blast, even me at 5' 7 174 lbs was having a good time.One thing to note though this thing is very sensitive ( as all balance boards are) so when you are riding it make smooth movements on the sticks. I am even doing stunts on it LOLThis product was purchased as a gift to my Niece so she will be using it. This cart looks awesome from the picture, but the major design flaw of the front wheel makes this car totally useless and a massive waste of money. Front wheel shakes violently at any speed other than slow, so much so that it could likely lead to an accident. Wheel design needs big improvement. The violent shaking also will eventually cause premature failure of the tire causing it to blow out and again, possibly cause an injury. Too bad, because the rest of the cart is amazing, but this item is not safe at any speed higher than slow.

Fast shipping. The four bolts that hold the front wheel on are OK but the washers (they call them shrapnel??) are just a bit small and almost go through the oval holes in the plate holding the wheel. I backed up the "little" washers with washers that had the same diameter hole but were 1 inch in diameter. Instructions are very poor. The maker should find a translator that is more competent using the English language. I still have 4 pieces, ......2 pieces 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches and 2 pieces 4 inches by 1 1/2 inches that have one side sticky and the other not. Don't know where they go??? Anyone ??? If you have a small ratchet and 1/2 inch socket the job goes faster .Added this commentLots of comments about wobbly front wheel. Get a couple of metal plates where the total weight is about 15-20 lbs and put them on above the wheel....which means you will have to purchase longer bolts........No wobble now !!!
