Ordered this to use as nesting pads in chicken boxes. Much cheaper than buying precut with same material. Works great… I did put hay over mine because the chickens like their hay. Just take out & hose off when dirty. You do need a good cutting tool for this. Made enough for 24 nest, the exact amount I had. Appears to be good material…

Looks very realistic! Feels great to walk on barefoot, and is easy to clean. It will come very compressed, but sweeping with a stiff broom will fluff it back up very easily. I have experienced minimal shedding of the grass blades, a few will come off with aggressive brushing, but it is very durable. Hasn't faded in the sun after a few weeks, so colors seem to be UV resistant. I get a lot of compliments on it! I am using it as a cover for my concrete patio, but honestly, I can think of a million uses for it now that I have it. I'll definitely be buying more! Also, rubber backing allows water to pass through nicely, so it won't hold water. This would be great paired with a puppy pad to make a potty place for folks living in an apartment or people who can't easily let their pets out to potty. Just make sure you layer it with an absorbent pad underneath! I also have some.smaller 1sq ft pieces that I use as nest liners for my chickens, it works perfect to keep eggs from cracking and rolling around in the boxes, and the chickens love the soft grass to lay in!

I put the grass on my balcony for a more outdoor feel. So far, I love it! It’s very soft and feels great walking on barefoot. It feels like high quality turf. My dogs also love to lay on it and sunbathe outside. My only regret is not getting a larger size to cover the entire balcony.

My apartment has a small fenced in "Yard" area but it's all gravel/dirt with some bushes along the edges. I measured out the dirt/gravel area and ordered a piece of artificial grass to cover the dirt. My dogs were kind of weird about the dirt and gravel.. They didn't really like walking out on it never mind trying to go to the bathroom on it. Well they are very comfortable walking around on and going to the bathroom on this stuff. it looks really good although I'll update how it holds up to the Texas summer and if the color fades any. So far so good. Rain flows through it nicely and keeps it cleanish and washes away the urine from the dogs without any issues so far. (it's been a few weeks only so far)Overall I am happy with this product. Shipped fast although the first shipment never tracked. after a week I contacted the vendor and they sent out a replacement right away. No clue where the original might be but the response from the vendor was prompt and the replacement went out right away. Can't complain.

Came rolled and wrapped up nicely in woven plastic and then in a cardboard box. Dense enough and soft under feet. It should be easy to hose it down as it has holes for drainage. No shedding so far - it does get warm in the sun (northeast summers so can’t say about places like AZ ..the turf might get hot. Lays flat mostly and the corners settle within a few hours It does feel a bit plastickey and has some shine to it. I ordered a used item which was 6x10’ and got a decent deal on the price.

Used it for a place for my dogs to go potty. Their urine kept killing my real grass. Put this in in a day. Asking with a trip to my local nursery to pick up some decomposed granite about a half years for a 64 square foot area turned out great. Only bad thing was the lawn staples they recommend kept bending. I went to home depot and bought 5 inch stakes, they worked so much better.
