Parts Missing From Order
Parts were missing from the item I ordered and didn’t get a satisfied resolution to my problem, so I have one tree not rotating due to the missing parts that were supposed to come with the revolving tree stand. Very Dissatisfied Customer.

Absolute garbage
This stand couldn't even hold the bottom section of my 7' tree without wobbling badly. I put the mid section on and it fell over. Absolute piece of crap. Adapter doesn't go far enough into the base to do much good. How come no one makes them anymore with the three thumb screws that tighten around the base?

Had a problem with one of the units not working. After contacting amazon twice I was finally put in contact with the seller who promptly got a replacement our to me.

The media could not be loaded. Used these the entire season. Love that you can see the entire tree and all ornaments. No more putting “bad” ornaments to the back of the tree.

Tree stand
The media could not be loaded. The rotating tree stand works beautifully with my 9ft tree. I posted it on a Christmas website and got over 200 comments about the stand. Love it.
