I was looking for a product like the waacom tablet pen that I did not need to press on to make work - this is just like any other mouse, so no good for carpal tunnel or tendonitis.

I use this in combination with my drawing tablet and mouse for photoshop and artwork. Once you get the feel for it, it is really helpful!
