I've been using BCAAs intra-workout for a while, and sometimes after. Aside from making it easier to stay hydrated (you're more likely to take a sip more regularly when you've got something flavored - thanks, research...), I can tell I get a little more energy and generally have less trouble recovering when I take them. That was true with this brand, but the stuff was SO SWEET that I almost couldn't finish it. As the water cools, the sweetness takes on more of a chemical tang. In terms of value per serving, this was a good buy. But in terms of being something I'd use again, the flavor killed it for me.

This product is great as a preworkout or intra workout. I prefer intra workout because the 5g bcaa helps with recovery. This product also contains 3gs of L-Leucine 1g of L-isoleucine and 1g of L-valine which are important for muscle growth and recovery. The product also tastes great and mixes well. also anyone looking to cutout sugar should get this product because it contains 0g of sugar. I recommend others to try this product out! worked great for me.

I bought this product because often times during my workout, I felt as though I was more fatigued and that I was not recovering as well as I could. (keep in mind, I have never taken aminos or pre-workout ever, despite having experience lifting knowledgeably for 2 years) I first noticed that if you don't drink enough water throughout your workouts, it feels as though you might have heart palpitations, but it really does give you that extra pump and strength during your set. The flavor (I bought orange), as mentioned in other reviews, was definitely hard to drink, even with extra water at first, (perhaps because I've never had preworkout/aminos before); however, after eating it with food or forcing it down, I got used to it really quickly. Overall, I would recommend this tremendously to others as well.

I haven't had anything from muscle tech in several years due to low quality and high prices. This was a good price point so I decided to give this a try. I like using an amino acid pre for my cardio days (running/biking). The label looks good but the end result is below expectations. Energy levels are just ok, and the energy fades generally before I'm done exercising. There are many products like this out there, I'd pick a different one.

I absolutely love this!!! firstly its a great replacement for coffee...i always need some help in the morning but coffee makes my face breakout, replacing it with this really sparked me up without a crash and didnt cause breakouts on my face like coffee does. The flavor is just like candy, i didnt find it had a terrible “artificial” flavor, to me the flavor was really good watermelon flavor u can enjoy to keep drinking...i also wanna highlight more that this product didnt cause a crash in the afternoon..which is so rare to find! Ill def be buying more of this!
