Right off the bat I feel it's important to get realistic about our expectations here: this is not a zit-erasing magic patch that you can slap on at night to wake up with perfectly clear skin; it's a little medicated dot that helps extract the goop from that zit so you wake up with a smaller, less gross zit. If you expect that, you won't be disappointed!I've tried this type of product from a few different companies (depending on which was cheapest at the time, since I'm not brand-loyal yet), and this one worked just as well as the others - which is all I was hoping for, honestly. I like that these include tea tree oil, which always proves effective for clearing my skin, so I might actually repurchase these when I run out. The "night" patches are interesting as well. I haven't used them a lot, since I just default to the clear ones for everything, but I like that they're included, and plan to give them a go when my nasty hormonal acne makes its monthly appearance.Overall these are working out well for me!

So i have used a few different brands of something like this and each are pretty much the same to me. These are decent but not drastic. I did use this on a cold sore once just to see if it would suck all the "yucks" out of it, and actually it did get a lot of the stuff out, I dont know if that is intended but it helped. (Note my cold sore was a couple days old not fresh) I did notice that DO NOT just place these all over your face only place on a VISIBLE zit or else it will make you break out. I placed these on smaller non surfaced zits and it didnt do anything but break me out.It helps with SURFACED zits, and they say to puncture the zit with a needle and then place this on top for better results, which is kinda a sham to me because why should i have to puncture my skin for your product to work at its peak? I still do seriously suggest these for having for larger break outs and bigger zits though

Well I tried the patch for the first time on a stubborn pimple that wasn't new but was still bothering me for while and I have to say it worked well or at least as it said it would, although it didn't attract all of the stuff out I think it did make it ready to squeeze out what was still in there, and I was very pleased cause that stubborn pimple was finally gone, which also left a scar on my face that all my fault for picking at it before using the patch which after using it didn't leave my face any worse than it was. So overall I think its an effective product and will be trying it again if I have a newer pimple.

This is a great spot treatment option! The clear patches are fantastic, and when applied correctly are easy to not detect. And the charcoal patches are great to help reduce redness overnight.However, I do wish that the clear patches came in different sizes instead of the 1 size. Cause let's be honest...one size does not fit all pimples.

These work great! I place them over blemishes during the day. They cover the wound and this keeps me from picking at the blemish and making it worse. The darker color patches are great for night time and stick well.

Have tried several different types of patches and this is a favorite. Well constructed and work well.

Love the black dots! I saw a change overnight. The clear ones did not absorb as well as I would like but overall happy with my purchase.
