Very hard to dissolve in a cup of hot tea or coffee. You end up with lumps in the bottom of the cup. Requires a blender to dissolve powder.

This product is powdered mucuna utilis, it has flooded the market and is just about all anyone sells. However, they almost always put dark seeds on the front asiff they’re selling seed powder form the darker varieties (higher l-dopa content). Mucuna pruriens has many variations with high l-dopa content but utilis is not one. Research indicates that it is the lowest l-dopa containing mucuna variety at 1-2% when the varieties that put mucuna in the mainstream contain approx. 5-7%. You may think it’s the same to just use extract to make up for the weak mucuna variety that this one is (I did) but extract lacks something integral that seeds of strong mucuna possess.While mucuna extract has concentrated l-dopa, it’s missing other components that create the balanced euphoric feeling that strong mucuna seeds offer.If you open the bag and it’s brownish powder and not white, good for you. Otherwise, don’t expect the same effect as if you had brown mucuna seeds powder.
