Football Training Book
I purchased the book as a gift for my son. He found it very informative. Specially likes the training shown in it.

Great book; good instruction; LOTS of pictures.
This is a gift for our son. He is an avid football player and LOVES football! He will thoroughly enjoy the book, as it has many well-known NFL players in it with a lot of pictures. The instruction regarding workouts is good overall. A great gift for a football lover!

Not just for football
Like another reviewer wrote, most of the workouts in this excellent book can be used by anyone, not only football players. The routines in the book can be used by those training for other sports where speed, power, agility and explosiveness are essential (i.e. MMA, basketball, boxing, soccer, rugby, etc). Or even if you aren't competing in a sport at all, but just want to get in the best shape of your life, the exercises in this book can definitely help! There is plenty of variety...every type of workout from core strengthening to power and speed exercises, to keep variety in your training for many months. Don't spend your money on programs like P90X, etc. when all you need is this book and a few pieces of inexpensive equipment.

Lots of Workout Plans for Different Positions...Applicable for Athletes and Fitness Buffs of Any Discipline
Lots of different workout ideas for a variety of different positions and fitness goals. I don't even play football anymore, but I still encorporate quite deal for martial arts training. So, this book gave me lots of new material to use with my students, especially for helping them to develop agility, endurance, whole-body power and speed.

Decent; basic.
Not for junior college football players in my personal opinion. I already knew most of the information but that’s my own fault and that doesn’t mean the book is bad. Just not relatable to myself and my training for football. I didn’t learn anything but I feel like the information could be good for beginners.

Sehr gutes Buch um sich zu steigern...
Ich habe dieses Buch gekauft da ich gerne neben YT-Videos auch was richtiges in der Hand haben wollte mit Tipps zum Training und zur Verbesserung der allgemeinen Leistungsfähigkeit in allen Bereichen.In dem Buch sind viele gute Übungen die einem wirklich helfen sich zu steigern, wenn man diese auch regelmäßig durchführt.95% der Übungen sind mit Schritt-für-Schritt Bildanleitung versehen, was nicht immer nötig ist, aber denn noch hilfreich sein kann. Natürlich muss man, da die Bilder nicht den kompletten Bewegungsablauf zeigen, schon ein wenig probieren bis man merkt dass es sich richtig "anfühlt".Schön sind auch immer die kleinen Einleitungen von und zu jedem Spieler der seine Übungen in diesem Buch präsentiert.Für alle die sich gerne steigern wollen, auch abseits vom regulären Training, kann ich das Buch nur empfehlen.
