Hollywood Star Fashion Sleeveless Button Up Jean Denim Jacket Vest

This denim vest is exactly what I wantedThis size large denim is exactly my size it fit as expected. it is very comfortable and stretchy, if you want to order this product purchase the size you usually wear it is straight forward. This review will be of some help to some one.

I didn't realize when I ordered this vest, nor until I tried it on, that the material actually stretches. Great fit, and is so comfortable. I couldn't find a denim vest in any of the stores here so as usual Amazon had what I was looking for. I also went with my normal size. Did not have to order up or down a size.

I love to wear jean vests over t-strap maxi dresses whenever I don't want to show my shoulders. However, I found denim vests can be too pricey. So I'd look for alternatives to denim vests (and jackets) by buying faux denim. I still found at times that the faux denim vests can also be pricey. Lo and behold I found these vests on Amazon and they are just what I was looking for. They look like denim, are trendy, and don't hurt my budget. In fact, I bought more than one in different colors. Love, Love, Love these! My measurements are 37 bust and 30 waist. I usually wear Small/Medium apparel but bought these in large and they fit perfectly. I assume they are junior sizes.

My teen wanted a denim look jacket vest and because I know that this isn't going to be an item that the store will have in stock --because it's Spring!-- I decided to save myself some time hassle and shop on Amazon.Because I shop too much on Amazon I purchased this vest in a huge size. I did this because many of the clothing items for sale on Amazon are not made with the American market in mind. Or in other words, they can run very small. Given this and the fact that teen-girl wanted an oversized version, the XXL size is what we purchased.We selected the dark denim look. The stitching is in a copperish color which provides a nice accent. The design is nicely tailored. There's a double yoke across the back with a narrowing towards the waist. In addition there are two tabs that you can use to narrow the waist even more.*The BIGGEST DRAWBACK that I am already noticing after only a Month of infrequent wear and one wash is that the stitches are breaking. Apparently the thread that was used is sub-par. I'll put up some photos later so you can see what I'm talking about. But under the arms the thread just disintegrated which is really unfortunate because the stitch work itself is very nice. (I'll put pics up of the nice bits too.)A smaller drawback is where the collar folds the fabric is losing color.SUMMARYI'm going to fix the stitching if it becomes a problem. I think the design/style is great. This vest which we purchased to be oversized looks really cute. Like many foreign made clothes it runs considerably smaller than the designated size. If we had purchased a "Large/sometimes-medium size", as we normally would in the teen section, this vest would have been way too small. The XXL fits like a roomy Large.

I bought 1 size bigger than I usually wear and it fits me pretty good. Also I didn't notice any smells like the other reviewers said, but I washed it anyways and dried it in the dryer and the jacket didn't shrink, so I'm pretty happy with my purchase, good quality for a good price, thanks!

The vest is cute and feels nice, but there were a significant number of thread ends I had to snip off before wearing it.As for the fit- I'm a small/medium and I ordered a medium. It fit pretty snug- I could button it up but it pulled just a bit. That said, it fit just right for wearing it open. However if you're not a small/medium (as in you're a medium or medium/large) then you may want to go up a size.

I was unsure of what size to get since I read mixed reviews on the sizing but I went ahead and ordered my usual size. It fit perfect.It has great stretch.Another thing that I loved was that it's made of flexible, lightweight material. Great for the summer. I was worried it was gonna be heavy, stiff jean material.Love it

The vest fit true to size, but I returned due to the fact that both of the medium blue color I purchased smelled light lighter fluid! Cute vest, but who can stand that smell???? I had to leave it in the garage! I bought the darker blue (not sure if it was from the same vendor, but it was the same exact vest in the darker color) and there were no issues with the smell at all. Shame... because I really like the vest. I returned one and ordered another hoping it was a fluke deal with the one vest (because no one else complained about a smell) and the second smelled just as bad!

I was looking for the perfect battle jacket vest to sew patches on to - and I found it with this!+ Perfect fit - suits the female shape (unlike other jackets I've tried) Nice crop length, good amount of stretch but holds shape very well - usually I'm a size small/ 10 and I got medium size.+ Very good quality+ Black colour looks very nice, especially as the black buttons match (I'm glad they're not gold colour or anything)I've tried other denim jackets and this one beats them all! I am pleased with my purchase. I wear size 10 and I bought a vest in size M. Everything is fine apart from the length. It is designed to fit a tall woman. I am just 5” 2’ and it is too long for me, lower than my waist line.

Really nice, fits perfectly (I am size 10 and ordered small).

I like this vest and the fact that it comes to my waist. Most of the ones I've tried usually come down to my hips. I have to say despite checking the size it sure didn't fit like a 2XL. It was snug and I can't do it up. Not that I want to - I bought it to go over a couple of my sun dresses for the summer time and I wouldn't want to button it up. I can bring it together in the front, just not breathe properly if it was buttoned closed. Hope this helps someone

I ordered a small and I cannot close it, then again I never close it anyways. Usually I wear small sizes. It is comfy and not tight but still a good cut. It does have a bit of a dye smell, I’m going to wash it and will see if that helps, also I’m curious if the colour will fade or not.

Received way faster then expected , fits perfect , better then picture , light weight , stretchable & fits perfect in size for me .Washed up right away to wear & turned out great .Price is amazing & affordable . Will buy again !!!!Love it

My wife ordered two, and although they arrived very promptly the sizing was way off. She order large, which according to the size chart, fit a 38 -42 in. chest size, but when she tried them on they were about on e size or more too small. We returned for refund.

Bought the medium blue in medium for my 5'3", 135lb body. Its a bit snug when buttoned but looks great when left open. I would not size up as I did mot buy it intending to button it. Stretchy fabric that holds its shape. Got lots of compliments on my "cute look" when i wore it over a slim, plum maxi dress. Love it. Came to my Canadian mailbox within days and is exactly as I expected.

I'm glad I read reviews that it runs a little small so I could order a size up. I am thrilled! I've been wanting a denim vest for ages, and this price can't be beat 😎 finally I have all the staple pieces I needed

It's such a nice vest! I bought it to make a battle vest that I could wear in the summer and winter over a sweater, so I ordered a size bigger than normal. I got a medium, and it's a lovely stretchy Jean material. Good quality. Can't wait to sew my patches on it!

Really like this cute vest/ denim is not too thick. Ordered M fits perfectly ( I'm a 36b) I like to keep it open. Happy with my purchase.

This came in decent time and is as expected BUT it absolutely reeks of dye...I think the smell is the dye they use. I have washed it twice and still it smells. I hope the smell fades with time and wear and washes.
