Finally one that works!
I am a huge skeptic when it comes to supplements. But I saw the ad and decided to buy a couple months supply to give it a try. Honestly, I was totally amazed. Within a few weeks I was seeing a major change, and now I'm experiencing a good stream and only have to get up one time a night compared to three or four before.

Usefulness
I have ordered and used this product previously with good results and quality. I just opened a bottle I just received and the pills are all stuck together. I wrestled to pull them apart to no avail. I assume they must have been in a hot warehouse or van but they are unusable. Very disappointing!

Older males and BPH with Life Extension (Palmetto Guard)
After reviewing what seems to be the most highly used and researched supplements I tried to find them all in one pill. They are Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettle Root and beta-sitosterol. I also checked for adverse reactions and whether these three supplements worked together with no negative effects. I did not find any topics that reported problems using these three together. However, I did not feel any improvement with my urgent need to urinate. This is after one pill daily for a month. I know that one month is not always enough time for some problems to see a significant change (improvement) so I will continue for a total of 90 days. If there is a noticable improvement I will change my rating. Three stars for me means I do not feel Life Extension is harmful to me or is overly expensive "if" it can help my BPH (benign prostate hyperplasia).

Found this in an article for the top 2024 prostate supplements
I've taken different supplements and remedies for prostate support over the years and this is the first one I can honestly say seems to be helping. I won't go into details given the delicate nature of its purpose, but let's just say there are certainly fewer and fewer needed restroom breaks.
