Q: is this a non animal testing product?

There isn't much about the company that manufactures this product on the net, but it is Laboratoire Hauser in Zürich, Switzerland. Q: Why does the liquid turn black with time? My last one turned black in about 3 months. It seems to still work, but not as well, and is much messier.

I feel your pain. It usually takes a year for that to happen to me, but I know what you're referring to. Perhaps someone else can shed some light. One thing I do is refrigerate the product. Maybe that's why it happens in a year, rather than after 3 months. Anyone else know why this happens?

Just follow the instructions. The first step is to put the liquid on your brows. If you put it just once the color will be lighter, 3 times it will be darker. Then you place developer and wash. You will see the real color probably after 2 days after it washes off well from the skin. So the first not the last step decides the intensity of the color.

How do I use this product with the vitamin c. I have found not instructions on how to use.
