Well packaged.Easy to set up which is always a bonus.It looks great - exactly as per the picture. I couldn't recommend it as your day to day sofa as its not very comfortable. I bought it as an occasional sofa for a playroom. It certainly looks the part and is good value for money.

Very easy to assemble, looks lovely in our conservatory although comfortable as a settee it’s not as comfy as a double bed

Cup holder slides from side to side making it not fit for purpose, could see the grandkids spilling their drinks all over it so returned it

The legs for the bed had no prescewed holes and so difficult to fit. We don't have electric drill / screwdriver so a nightmare. One leg finally fixed but other fell off so have to try and loan the tools for the job. Not happy

This is the worst purchase I’ve made.. I’ll start off with the arm which don’t stick to the velcro properly. When I open the box I noticed that the foot of the stand was bent. I contacted the customer service team and the attitude was appalling. I sent them pictures on the first occasion they said they couldn’t see the issue, so i sent them more. Got a reply saying Could you send us photo of the leg, where it meets the foot, as its obscured, and my manager things you can correct it, based on the evidence, by loosening the screw and adjusting it. If thats not the case, we want to see if the metal is bent, so we can issue a replacement.the manager think it can be adjusted! I said i want a brand new replacement leg! I don’t care if it can be adjusted. That’s not my job to adjust anything i pay for brand new one! This is reply really annoyed me. We can see that there is the very slightest of dents in the foot, if you can confirm that this is the only issue, I can offer you a slight recompense, sending out a set of luxury pillows by way of compensation.Unfortunately, the only image we have is of the slightest of mis-shapes in a leg that is very unlikely going to be noticable when constructed, and has no detriment to the functionality of the product.My manager will send pillows, or a small refund, in the purchase value, according to your preference. I then reply Whether it’s slight dent or a major one.. that wasn’t advertised now was it.? And secondly don’t tell me u won’t notice it when constructed. When I’ve already seen it. It’s not something u can unseen. I’m not happy with this customer service. I got luxury pillows as way of compensation. The sofa it self is very hard and u get aches from sitting too long..

Sofa is perfect for my cinema/games room! Assembly took me about 15 mins once I found the legs which were hidden underneath the sofa and all that is required is a screwdriver. The sofa comfortably fits 2 but with the cup holder up can have 3 although I would recommend some extra cushions for extra comfort. 8/10

This was really easy to assemble. The only thing I'd say is it needs an extra leg for a bit more support
