Belvas Belgian Thins Organic Dark Chocolate 100% Pure Cacao Nibs 80g

This is one of my favorite 100% dark chocolate bars with no sugar. One of the appeals is they form thin wafers so they are easy to bite into and seem to melt pretty quickly leaving the nibs behind for a nice crunch. The chocolate is quite sour tasting so if you don't like that style of chocolate you may not like this. I think the flavor grows on you and it's just concentrated enough in flavor that a few small pieces can satisfy your chocolate cravings. You will not tend to overeat this chocolate which is a good thing as it's pretty expensive for such a small quantity. Also note that the package takes a while to arrive so plan accordingly.

I love 100% chocolate for the energy and the mood it provides, but some 100% chocolate is too bitter even for me. This one, however, is the best taste 100% chocolate I have ever had in my life. Instead of bitterness, it has more fruity taste. Awesome product!
