Senran Kagura Burst Re: Newal - Tailor-Made Edition - PlayStation 4

Sony has requested for intimacy mode to be removed from the PS4 release of the game. It's a real shame that they have decided half-way or more through their consoles life to make this type of change. This doesn't make a large impact on the main gameplay itself, but the over the top fanservice is what draws a lot of the playerbase with it. Pay full price and get part of the game. Here's the deal, I bought this knowing this was the case. I don't want to support that type of behavior, but with Marvelous pushing for the Switch to be the new home platform Senran Kagura needs as much love on Sony consoles as possible.The gameplay is smooth, fast, and fun. Typical mission based, fight everything that appears gameplay, and roughly 90 missions (including the included DLC missions). You'll have a lot of content to bust through, even without the removed intimacy mode.The story tells the tale of how the two ninja school's feud got started, and can be played from either side. There's roughly 40 missions per school, and each one is a quirky as you expect.Graphics are on-par with other PS4 Senran Releases, which surprised me considering this is a remake of a DS game. You still get the nudity censored, the same way it always is; covered up by light-bloom. Overall, the fanservice doesn't seem to be hindered during gameplay, although it does seem like some of the clothing destruction animations have been sped up, possibly to partially mask the nudity.Overall, the game is great. If I wanted the intimacy mode I could have bought the Japanese version or the Steam (PC) version, which have that mode intact still. I knocked a star off for not being the entire game, as it deserves to be noted that content is missing from this release, albeit how small of a part may determine if you feel the same way. I have Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash, which includes the mode and I hardly see what the problem is with it. There are numerous games with far-worse mechanics; and the fact they only removed it from the Western release shows a problem with Sony of America more than Marvelous.

I will get the elephant in the room out of the way first before I continued on: I am aware this is the "censored" version, however, I went with this version because I hate playing on PC most of the time and I really don't care much about the omitted content. That said, I bought this game as I am quite curious about what makes this game popular with a more niche crowd. This is my first game in the Senran Kagura series and so far, it's actually really fun. It's high in fan service, which is quite amusing. The story...I admit, I kind of skipped most through the dialogue, because I just could not take the game that seriously. It's just a fun brawler and with quirky characters. (I adore Asuka, she's just too fun and lovable to use in battle.) I have a few gripes about this game, but it didn't ruined anything about this game. I say give this game at least a chance to check out if you're interested in a fast-paced brawler. 4/5

Quedo conforme con el producto, todo estaba intacto salvo durante el envío (Que podría ser por el servicio de paquetería) que llegó con un par de abolladuras en mi caso no muy significativas, por lo demás, considero que para los que llevamos tiempo con la saga está bastante bien.

It was a 3DS Port since it was only available on eShop in North Americas. It was remastered in HD, I runs well in 60fps. It does however removes the intimacy Mode in the PS4 Version. Which disappoint some fans of the franchise. Because of Sony's President ask the developer to removed it. It Included a Soundtrack from the Game. It enjoyed the Game. Despite being weird and pervy. So play the PC Version if you want to use intimacy mode. I'm not fan of it anyways. I could always do it in PBS. Since its better.

I was playing Senran Kagura burst for PlayStation 4 and remake from 3DS and there is no intimacy mode and not bad with censored. It won’t cover the body and just like SK Peach Beach Splash game and without intimacy mode for SK burst RE: Newal.I have fun with the game and give 4/5 stars.

Great package from GameQueen1988 I’m shocked that the game came super quick. I’m really liking the cover art of the Tailor-Made Limited Edition. This type of hack and slash is new to me but so far it’s good. One more thing the code for the downloadable content expires on 12/31/2029

Game for son

As often with Amazon, the box came damaged ... If the game is not in a regular DVD box but in any hard paper/limited edition box, you know the corners will be all damaged and there will be scratches all over the cover .... Not even surprised anymore.As for the game, it was incredibly boring. They removed the only interesting part of PBS : the Cards collection. So now you just spam the same combos over and over to finish the missions without even watching the lame cutscenes. At least in PBS there was the excitement of collecting all the cards, some being exclusive to some missions, etc.

Just to get it out of the way, I'll start off with saying that the "physics" in this game although meant to be mature, I found rather humorous with how over the top it is.Now onto the gameplay. The fighting in the game is very fluid and easy to grasp. With parries, it gives a good window of opportunity to achieve, where other games in the same genre is rather frame specific when trying to accomplish this tech. Easy to master, and can get a bit "repeat same moves over and over" some of the time, but with the number of playable characters in the game, it gives a nice variety to fighting styles.For the edition of the game, the package came in excellent condition and I'm always a sucker for a soundtrack, which this game has some good tracks.

This is my first Senran Kagura game and I absolutely LOVE it. As an otaku, this is a must-have. The fighting is EXCELLENT. The girls are obviously BUSTY. The graphics are great and the music that mixes japanese instruments with fast-paced heavy metal is AWESOME. Been playing it everyday since I got it two or three weeks ago. Took a few days to come (copy was apparently in the US). Came in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my purchase.

So many boobs in this game. Just tiddies galore.
