Boy, this is why I generally don't buy stuff that doesn't have user reviews - AVOID. The only nice things I can say about this are that the cover fabric is quite soft, and the shipping was fine. otherwise, it's worse than useless. The neck pillow does not generally stay attached, and when it does it flaps around and provides zero support. After heavily fluffing the pillow for 48 hours and letting it rest another 48 hours, it still did not achieve a firm final form and provides zero support when you sit or lean against it - it just compresses down to nothing. And now I have to figure out how to return something that is three times the size of its original shipping container, soooo...cool.

A bit cheap. Not enough cotton to firm out pillow. Little disappointed. Flimsy

The top pillow is really loose and falls down if I lean forward and it gets annoying.

Wonderful product, really happy with how it turned out. DON'T FREAK when it arrives super compacted... IT WILL expand... Give it 36 hours and fluff it vigorously once or twice the first two days to make sure the filling gets spread out well. It's worth the wait. 4 stars only because I had to wait two days for it to be useable after opening.
