Armor WB15 Water Based Low Gloss Acrylic Concrete Sealer and Cure and Seal

Excellent durable acrylic coating for high foot traffic area. I called Foundation Armor and got great advice pointing me to this product. I used it indoors on a concrete slab floor in a barn converted into an apartment. I stained with iron and let everything dry then applied copious product with a sprayer and then rolled over to ensure even coverage, returning 5 min later for a second coat. So far it looks great.

Instead of waiting 28 days to apply a sealer to our new concrete garage floor, we were able to seal it 3 days after the concrete was poured. This is a cure and seal that you don't have to wait for the concrete to be completely cured as a regular sealer requires. It's a low gloss water base product that penetrates and cures. We applied it with a mist setting on a garden sprayer and followed quickly behind with a 3/8" nap paint roller to spread it evenly. It went down great. We applied a 2nd coat after 3 hours with the same method. The second coat stayed milky white a little longer than the first coat but dried to a great finish in about 4 hours. We used about 3/4 of the 5 gallon bucket to apply 2 coats on a 32x28 floor. I highly recommend this product.

We bought this product only to find out there are very similar products for half of the cost. You can get the same thing just a different brand for $80 at other places. You are paying for the shipping of this product rather than the product itself.

Used on my garage floor 8 months ago and very happy with the sealer. When wet from the rain the floor is not very slippery. Have changed oil on vehicles and the oil wipes up and the floor is clean. Application was very easy. Great product and customer service.
