I use this in a family cafe business after being repeatedly provided with low quality sausage meat from local supermarkets and shops. Being able to use pure cuts of meat to make mince and sausage is not only great ethically, but has been great for business. People are much more aware and conscious about where their food comes from and the ingredients nowadays that providing in-house products is really great for trade.The set up is a doddle. There are attachments for coarse and fine mincing and the attachments for sausage making. You have to buy your own cases, which can also be obtained on Amazon.The grinder is compact, modern, powerful and easy to use. A 2800W motor makes sure there's no problems with mincing. It comes apart easily for cleaning.

I use it in everyday cooking. It’s easy to assemble and clean. I’m happy with it. Doesn’t take too much space.

This is my first mincer. I bought it to handle venison, and it has not disappointed. The simple construction, simple controls and simple cleaning process are what I needed. The motor, although very powerful, can sound like it is straining. I made sure that I had pre-prepared my meat and turned the motor off after each batch had gone through. This prevented any overheating. I experienced none of the difficulties some have referred to in reviews.In a deer the foreleg meat has a lot of tendon, which just disappeared in the process, rather than having to go through the tedious process of pulling. (Mix that kind with fattier meat. I have done each time for great mince - 1/3 foreleg meat, 1/3 fatty stuff. 1/3 good but spare.)

I've only needed to use mine once so far to mince about 10lbs of lamb. It couldn't be easier to use. it only does on off and reverse which is all anyone would need. It's nicely quiet, and doesn't vibrate much although it does benefit from a hand on the meat feeding pipe while you use it. I'm happy with it. good price, looks and feels solid.

I use this for grinding chickens and bones for my raw cat food mix. Despite being v cheap I can not rate this enough, it works, it’s powerful enough to mince fine bone and meat. I’ve had it some time and it’s still going strong

Amazing piece of kit.Only reason I gave it 4* is the noise...noise is so bad that you have to shout at each other if you're within a meter of two from it.

I am yet to turn this device on to use it. First washed the removal parts in dish washer and already after wash metal parts around the knife rusting on first wash.Also with zero usage already one of the rubber grippers to help hold this potential dangerous machine down is already come loose.Looks like they had a great idea poorly executed in the choice of parts and assembly quality.For sure not value for money if its gona start rusting immediately after first wash. Its a meat processor it will get washed a lot, that especially where you dont want metal that is happy to rust.

Brilliant piece of equipment, very powerful. Have used it several times now making pet food and it makes light work of chicken even the bones.I should point out that the chicken was very well cooked first so the bones were softened, good purchase 👍
