Unfortunately this didn't pass muster with my Jack Russell cross. He had destroyed it literally within three minutes of receipt. However, if your dog does like to cuddle, rather than wrestle (or even gently tug), their toys you may find this one OK. I can testify that the filling, which is now spread across my kitchen floor, is lovely and soft. However, I wouldn't describe the material as 'plush' and, judging by its slight rigidity, I wouldn't be surprised if this too was made from recycled plastic bottles. The 'double stitching for extra durabilty' was an irrelevance; the toy's Achilles heel was that once my dog had got one of his teeth between the coarse threads of the material there was little to prevent it then ripping and fraying.

A very happy dog! Had one before and she's loved it, as with every Beco toy we've had for her! She's an avid chewer and these have last 6 months a piece, so for the price and the fact they're recycled it's very very good! Cannot say anything but good things!

My golden retriever is a heavy chew her but she did have this a couple of weeks before she deconstructed it! For most dogs this would last well

Pup loved it but it lasted 2 weeks with a spaniel pup. I can only imagine how long it would last with a larger breed.

Good value for money. Sturdy product that I purchased in April. 8 month old puppyhas just managed to remove the beak from parrot, Toy is still ok, for now!

Great, my rottie hasn’t managed to destroy it after three full weeks of gnawing at it! That’s a rarity!

My dog loves these Beco toys, she is a very chewy dog so needs supervision when she plays, but they last much longer than any other soft toys.

Very solid and well constructed dog toy, it's lasted without tearing for a month or so now, but the pup hasn't taken too much interest in it yet
