Excellent TV; OK Interface
The TV overall is excellent. Picture is amazing, features are plentiful, etc., etc. The only issue I have is the interface leaves something to be desired. I really only use my Apple TV with the Samsung, and the Apple TV remote will turn the TV on and control the volume. So I really only need the Apple TV remote. BUT...the TV menu pops up automatically every time I turn the TV on, which then requires me to use the TV remote to make it go away. I'd like to think there is a way to disable this, but I haven't found it yet. Yes, it's a minor annoyance, but I've never had a TV do this before...so I'm judging it on all of my past TVs.

Great TV just a horrible design
The One Connect box is the power and brains for this TV when it goes out and it will you will be stuck with a nice big dark mirror you can try your luck on EBAY to find another or you can shell out big bucks for a new box either way I would not recommend this TV to anyone my box died and the TV is worthless now without shelling out more money.

Complete misrepresentation of facts in advertising
We purchased this TV in November 2018. We have a 2018 model. This TV is repeatedly advertised as having no distractions when mounted on the wall because of the one connect box. The 2018 model has no in wall wire for the one connect system. Therefore you will have a wire dangling down your wall to your one connect box. The 2017 has an in wall wire but not the 2018. This is a colossal oversight by Samsung and a total misrepresentation in advertising. Does not matter how you advertise an invisible wire. There is still a wire dangling down from your TV when mounted on the wall. This is an epic fail on Samsung‘s part. Therefore if you’re going to mount this on the wall and do not want wires dangling down I would by some other brand of TV. We purchase this through a box chain store. Late in 2018. You would think by this point in the year they would have been aware of it and Samsung would’ve alleviated the problem which is not the case. I would’ve rather had a 2017 just so I could tuck the wire in the wall.
