Ce n'est pas un produit qui fait repousser les cheveux tombés pour toujours.Mais 2 gélules le matin ralentissent la chute des cheveux. Je prends ce type de produits en changeant de marque de temps en temps depuis 18 ans. La promo du moment donne 1 mois gratuit.Vu et approuvé par ma dermatologue car les gélules contiennent de la Cystine et de la Méthionine.Ci-joint 2 photos dont une avec ma chute de cheveux !!

Cure en cours. Je ne vois pas beaucoup l'efficacité. Mes ongles se cassent toujours...Prix intéressant.

Ces compléments alimentaires sont pratiques en termes de prise (2 gélules par jour) et renforcent les ongles après environ 4 à 6 semaines de cure.Pour ce qui est des cheveux, je ne me prononcerai pas car je n'ai pas observé de changement significatif sur la quantité de cheveux perdus mais après 2-3 mois de cure les cheveux poussent plus vite.Petit bémol : les poils aussi poussent plus vite et plus drus.
