Easy to use, battery life is good, would recommend checking battery before each use as it says full but will charge once connected to the usb. Has a few different functions, only use with fine pellet type food and not flakes.

Used whilst on holiday all fish and shrimp alive on return. Have continued to use since. Saved a family member a trip to feed the fish.

I brought this as I was let down last minute by a friend who was supposed to feed the fish. This is well worth the money, I’m not the best with instructions but managed to program it and it worked brilliantly. It’s built really well and very easy to load the food with the spoon provided. The compartment for the food is perfect size and you can set it to feed every other day or choose the feed regime. Highly recommended this has made my holiday stress free

Under the Product Specification / Recommended Uses for Product, the Amazon wording is “Outdoor, Indoor”.I can assure you that this product is not suitable for outdoor use. Even with the slightest of moisture, damp will get in on the top between the static central core and the transparent cover. If it rains, you have no chance. Water gets in, fish food gets wet, then soggy and the whole things becomes a mess. And the fish do not get fed.Put me in the Unhappy Customer folder. The specification should be changed.
