No Food Coloring | Sweetened with Stevia
It gets hot here in Arizona and so I drink my liquids and when I am out there playing pickleball, I need to add electrolytes somehow. I ordered the Sugar-Free Electrolyte Hydration Powder called Hydrate Pro from the Hydrate Pro Shop because it has magnesium along with potassium in it. I find that it is more economical than the hydration products I am using because I am able to dilute it with three times as much water and still get a great taste. I super like the fact that they don't use food dyes! Definitely a pet peeve of mine. When I am out there for an hour playing, I am usually wearing down and take a rest. After a small gulp or two of chilled Hydrate Pro, I also drink a bit of water. I carry two bottles always; one of the hydration drink and also water. I believe that I should increase my water especially during the summer months. I see that Hydrate Pro comes in lime, orange and fruit punch, in addition to Freedom Pop. I would rather try the lime flavor for sure; lime is my favorite in all things. Stevia IS my favorite sweetener though. I give this product 5 stars for value!

good hydration difficult aftertaste
The good news here is the initial flavor tastes like a rocket pop, Nailed it, its what a I remember having as a kid... and then the aftertaste hits. Its not terrible, but it is unpleasant. This has a good amount of electrolytes, and I know I have low magnesium and so am trying to do things with extra magnesium to make up for it. My way of drinking this is mix it up, then chug the whole glass to not have the aftertaste to deal with much. Note I have straight stevia in coffee and am not sensitive to fake sugars or salts, It is just different here and hard to place.Still the label means this is a good way to hydrate and keep your electrolytes up and It was good enough that I finished the tub. taste is subjective so may work for you, but I am not likely to get another one.

Hydrating electrolytes with everything I want and nothing I don't.
I drink a ton of electrolytes with my keto diet, and this has exactly what I want in it, nutrition-wise. The ratio of sodium/potassium/magnesium is correct, there's no carbs or calories, and the magnesium is in a good highly-absorbed form (glycinate). The little scoop is easy to use, and the powder dissolves immediately in water. I was getting muscle cramps before I started supplementing magnesium, but adding electrolytes with magnesium totally fixed it.I would deduct 0.25 stars if I could, because the flavor, while quite good, isn't quite my favorite. It's very sweet and candy-like, like cotton candy or popsicle or something. I wish it had just a little tartness to balance the sweetness. I like it best mixed up at half the recommended strength, which cuts the sweetness enough for my taste. I guess that means the jar will last twice as long, which is nice.On the plus side, the sweet candy flavor definitely covers up the saltiness-- if you don't like electrolytes that taste salty, this would be a great choice because the sweetness totally masks the salt flavor.

This flavor...was a choice
Used this a couple weeks ago after being ill for a few days. Good news: it did help me feel better and I was considerably more dehydrated than even I realized. Bad news: it has the flavoring of a popsicle from our collective childhoods. Not necessarily awful but the aftertaste is lingering due to the sweetness of the imitated flavor. I'd recommend it for its effects but maybe more for kids/teens based on the flavor.

Salty or sweet, take your pick!
There is a lot to like about this electrolyte powder. Comparing it against the sugar-free option of two major brands out there, not only is it a bit cheaper, but also provides roughly 4x the sodium, 2-3x the potassium, and includes magnesium where they don't.Yes, it's a lot of sodium. No, you probably shouldn't be drinking it without good reason. Earlier this week I had to mow the lawn while under a heat advisory (oh the joys of living under a HOA...) and felt downing the jug of this made a world of difference. Good, too, for exercise of course. What I've actually enjoyed the most is how I can alter the flavor with temperature. It can actually taste quite salty if consumed warm, or all-sweet-no-salty when refrigerated. I'll certainly be back for more, and and eager to try the other flavors.

It's a Different Taste, But Daughter Loves It
-------Update-------We didn't look at the nutrition info when we got this, but after seeing that there is a massive amount of sodium, we're not going to get any more once we run out.----------------------I'm not sure what "Freedom Pop" is supposed to taste like, but it's not something I can identify either. We had been looking for a new electrolyte drink since my daughter didn't like the other one the rest of us drink, and found this. I don't know if she loves it, but she likes it enough that she'll drink it, so that's a huge win. When I drink it I feel like there's an odd film or aftertaste or something, I can't quite put my finger on it, but it's different in a way I don't enjoy. The overall taste is okay, and I can drink it, but it's not something I love. We appreciate that it is sugar-free.

Good flavor and sugar free
As a runner, I drink electrolytes regularly. I have tried many powders, tablets, etc. Most of them do the same thing they all do, and this is no different. However, some have an overpowering salty taste. This one has a salty taste, but not bad and the flavor is good. Good enough to make the electrolyte (salt) taste more than bearable.

Yes it's salty
This electrolyte drink mix is salty, but it's supposed to be and you should read the full item description before you complain about the design. The flavor is just what I thought it would be, and with no sugar so that's a plus. I like to use more water than suggested for this drink mix, it's pretty strong. Made in the USA with no surprise ingredients.
