We purchased for my sons 3rd birthday. It worked after one day but after charging it , it stopped . I sent videos and pictures to the original manufacturer showing how new parts would NOT help repair the new toy vehicle and they sent a new one . It works wonderfully.

We had some issues with a wheel after 6 or so months of use. I contacted the company and they took care of it real quick with parts headed out. Customer service is great!

This has been great. Battery life is good. The remote is a little touchy, but works well enough. The assembly was a little tricky, so give yourself extra time if its a gift you want to give fully built. My 2 yr old loves it.

Purchased it May 19, 2025 worked great for about a 2 days then slowly started having issues. First issue only reverse would work after playing with the wires and switches i got it to go only forward then the next day it started working normal again for a couple days. Then it was weird like the gas pedal was stuck wide open for a few days so it was wide open forward or reverse for a couple days then randomly one day started working correctly. Now i think it finally took its last breath as it was stuck in reverse full throttle no matter how i flipped the wires or buttons the second the key was on it was backing up full speed. Needless to say my little boy goes to Hope on it today and it was dead with a fully charged battery.

Works like it should. Some things are a little hard for a little guy to operate like the dump box. But I wouldn't let that change your mind in buying this truck. Over all a good purchase and delivered when expected.

Great product delivered by good people. The kids love this truck! We have a couple of other ride on toys but this is the best. The 24V is worth the extra money,We had a problem with the charger light not working and the distributor sent a replacement promptly.

My 2 and 4 year old love this dump truck so much! It’s durable, doesn’t get stuck, and has multiple speeds as the kids age or gain better control. I love having the remote control to easily stop the kids or redirect them quickly if I need to. A part on the truck stopped working and we reached out to customer service and got a response within a day but even better they sent the replacement part for free and we got it in a few days! I’m super impressed with the dump truck but was extremely thankful that the customer service was so helpful!
