Good Product
I use all products in the stain devils range as they do work. This one faded rather than removed ball point pen, but I have had success with it in removing highlighter pan and glue.

Did exactly as described....removed ballpoint pen from my silk blouse which I had tried to remove by handwash and cool wash in machine...nothing worked until I used this. Excellent.
