A great product I have been taking for a long time

Easy to use.

I have been using Nature Made products for some time. The Vitamin D3 tabs appear to be of the same high quality that I have come to expect.No leaking and caps not stuck together.Who knows about the chemical content? Hopefully buying from a known manufacturer has this covered. The product is UPS verified whatever that means.

Good price for D3; nature made has a good reputation. you can get plasma d levels checked at your physical to see if you're absorbing it. K2 helps with that if this isn't getting in.Addition:After taking this brand 2000 units 1/day for about six months, my blood D3 was still just within normal range at the lowest end of the scale. I had bought the 2000 unit bottle because 500 units of another brand had me at this level. I am purchasing a 5000 unit NOW pills and will alternate with 2000 units Nature Made twice daily until next blood chem. 5000 units/day of D should not be toxic, but you should monitor 25-OH-D every third month until a stable level of 50 - 80 ng/ml blood (maintenance level) is reached. As we age, we need more vitamin D. These capsules are rated high by Consumer Reports. Easily swallowed; beats lieing out in the sun all day. Price is right and I take a pill every day with no adverse affects...
