Full of twists and turns. This book is amazing, I haven’t read a book this good in years.

Absolutely enjoyed reading this book. Could not put it down. Very interesting, exciting and well written.

A harrowing story . I couldn't put it down.

The book is incredibly well written and very engrossing. The content is shocking and provides good insight into how women are treated in Iran.

I read this book years ago whilst on my first holiday abroad and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the book belonged in the apartment where we were staying. Years later I still often thought about the novel so was very pleased when I found it on amazon. It's quite an easy read yet covers a sensitive subject. Worth a look.

Read this book years ago , lent it out,never returned, one of the best books I have ever read , was browsing in amazon, saw the book ,couldn't resist to order and read it again . Not sharing this time lol.

All I can say is wow,this book is amazing I could not put it down,I recently watched the movie not without my daughter I know it’s such an old movie and I’ve never heard of it.As soon I watched it I had to find out if there was a book written about Betty’s story and come to find there was.You know how they say the book is better then the movie and yes it was.Highly recommended this book.

This book is absolutely fantastic! I'm not even done yet, I got it 2 days ago and I'm already 380 pages in. I almost called in sick to work today to keep reading. It is so well-written and engaging, the story is harrowing. I first learned about the true story by seeing clips of the movie on Tiktok and I'm so glad there was a book too and not just a movie. 10/10 would recommend!

When I read this novel, I found it very interesting and hard to put down as the story goes further. I would highly recommend it for reading purposes.
