Wow! It works and is far superior than another previously purchased. If you're hesitating...buy!
I hardly leave reviews but in this case I had to take the time. Not only is this product great/actually works but the company is fantastic.Long post with background details some of you may also relate to.I suffer from MCAS, which means that my body works against me when being bit by insects. It's really bad this year, with the skeeters roaming everywhere...unavoidable in and out of the house. Insects love me and have been so hard to avoid and prevent being bit. In the past 4 years I've ended up in urgent care from allergic reactions to bites three times. I get welts, sometimes the size of a silver dollar. Even if I remember to spray myself or clothe myself accordingly I still get bit, with no cure to my body's histamines working against me.I have a big potted plant on my porch near my door - to hide my amazon deliveries and I know that's been a part of the problem. I have Orkin out to spray monthly for these pests but to no avail.I've been meaning to move the pot and set up something else to hide deliveries (don't feel comfy doing the whole drop off in my garage option).Since I haven't had the time to move the plant or repot it with different soil, each time I open the door I have a hard time avoiding being bit or I'm welcoming the insects into my sacred space where I thought staying in would prevent bites. I recently discovered the plant has a bit of mosquitoes in it, though I can't see them...until they get stuck to the yellow-pest sticky tape I've put in there. Though, once in a while I will see them zooming past me (but I can't tell if it's a gnat or mosquito).I've been holed up in my square box, as my neighbor calls it, because of the mosquitoes but even opening the door quickly welcomes the suckers into the house. Or going outside a different door to get the mail, past my garden...I'm doomed.I have stuff set up in the house to get them away from me (yellow sticky plant things, plug in pest and mosquito repellent items, electrical zapping lights, and sometimes diffuse specific oils or burn citronella incense but, no luck.Even the citronella plant I put next to the big pot on the porch doesn't help. And, I was even just now bit through my pajama bottoms! I don't see them or feel them and get so frustrated. It seems I can't go anywhere, do anything to prevent all these bites daily.have a bag full of itch relief lotions, balms, ointments, a zapping thing, a prescription steroid cream and they all hardly work. I've used ice, which works but is hard to keep on. And, I even gave myself severe frost bite after strapping a well-made ice pack to my leg where several bites were and then falling asleep...another urgent care visit and a long time to heal...with nurses and doctors all wanting to see what frost bite actually looks like on someone in Southern California in the summer....that was back in 2020 and not fun. Ice works to numb the itching but now I make sure to only keep the ice packs on a short time. In 2021, according to amazon while scrolling through my orders of numerous bug prevention and repellent items, I bough a different type of heating device, which worked, but was a little bulky to carry around and the buttons required to press to get a heat-zap to relieve the unbearable itching got depressed, with no way to fix so...when I went searching for a new heating device and came across this one I thought it was a great concept and worth a try. When I got the well-packaged box with the device secure in it, along with detailed instructions, I immediately put it to use and was very impressed that it worked and was so easy to carry around as a compact heating element, able to be affixed to a key chain or a lanyard, perhaps, sort of like a USB jump drive. However, I knew it was a matter of time that I might lose the heating element part that gets removed from the secure holder that I had attached to the top closure of my bag "o' tricks" I lug around to aid in my itch relief. I rotate between things I've bought but only a few work for a few moments and then it's a vicious cycle and challenge at calming the itch at various times of the day (like sitting at my desk, working). The heating element of the device is removed and then attached to your cell to use along with the accompanying app - which is just great. No worry of buttons getting depressed. It gives a great array of options - short, medium, long, sensitive....I'd been using it daily, numerous times a day but, the inevitable happened the other day...I lost the heating element part ofthe device. I looked everywhere..did I accidently throw it away with a kleenex or napkin I was holding?I reached out to the company to see if there was a way to obtain a replacement of just the heating portion of the device. Not only did they respond quickly but with kindness, understanding, compassion and professionalism. Their solution for my replacement was amazing and was sent out immediately. I'm just in awe of the company and the device. I suggest, though, to keep the device in its own pouch so you don't lose the most important part like I did.So...yes, buy this specific heating device. It's far superior to the other options out there, especially for someone like me.

The best mosquito relief tool I have
This is the most effective mosquito relief tool in my arsenal. I'm allergic to mosquito bites so when I found out about this I had to try it. I made sure to look up any scientific literature on this and there was actually a study conducted by a major health organization that proved it worked for many people. Now, does it work for everyone and anyone? No. Does it work for me? Yes. Most of my mosquito bites do not swell or get bigger and they barely itch, if at all after this use. However, I make sure I set the thing to the highest and longest setting and apply it to each welt three times. Burn the hell out of those mosquito germs! Plus I always have it on my keychain so that I can apply it right away. (Though I have found I canreapply or apply even later and it still works, though not as effectively as the first time after immediate bite.)If you are sensitive to heat/pain, cuz yes, this will sting you a little, and you forget to pack this little tool, then unfortunately this will not work for you. I make sure to carry bug spray plus this when I'm out and about. I feel very protected with these items at my disposal.

Best chigger relief I have found yet!
Because chiggers love me I used to avoid the woods at all cost. I recently put a quail hutch at the back of my yard just tucked into the woods and started to get several bites a day (even when I used deet sprays). The only relief I would get was running hot water directly on the bite, so when I saw this product I was intrigued. It was simple to use by downloading the app and just plugging into my phone. The app interface is very simple and it offers different intensity levels and seconds of heat application applied directly to your bite.It doesn't make my chigger bites go away immediately, but what I've found is that using this device whenever I first start feeling the itch (sometimes I have to do several treatments in a row) does give me relief within a minute or so. Most treatment sessions give me relief all day, some I have to re-treat later in the day, and then I typically treat any itchy bites before bed. I am able to sleep all night and the chigger bites heal up within days of treatment rather than weeks. Incredibly thankful I found this!!!

Works great for me
Itch relief:I was skeptical that this would work better than creams. Suddenly I've become extremely reactive to bug bites, what once was usually just a small raised itchy bump now is a huge extremely red and itchy splotch that takes absolutely forever to heal and disappear. I use it on the sensitive child level as I feel it's a bit much on the adult level. It's not an instant itch relief, but after a few minutes the itching stops for a few hours before I need to use it again, but after a couple days of using, the bites stop itching, and their size decreases, so far though it is still taking some time before the redness goes away, but that's just me, nothing to do with the effectiveness of this. I'm so glad it works because I'll be doing some travelling soon where there are more mosquitos than what I deal with at home. I put it on the wrist strap I have attached to my phone so it's right there ready to use.

Great company great product
They only disappointment is that this particular one didn't seem to clip on very well. So it fell off right after the first couple uses. It functions great. I used it twice and it was awesome. I did not expect anything figuring maybe it was my fault. But the company promptly allowed me to get another one in its place. I don't know what kind of service you could ask better than that.
