Bought 8 for our office and couldn’t be happier. We don’t need a lot of processing power but these seem to handle everything we throw at it.

A great computer in a small package. I like it so much better than a full size desktop. It works great for the office and home. I wouldn't recommend it for gaming, but everything else I'd highly recommend it for.

This little pc is great. Does a good job,use it upstairs for nights when I have.to work late. Doenst take up much room on my desk in the bedroom.Would have given 5 stars, except for the fact that adding 2nd drive is sata not nvm.

I purchased multiple Geekom PC's. Unfortunately 2 of them had issues with power supplies. I contacted the company and they were very responsive and went above and beyond to make it right. I was so wanting a new mini PC MicroCenter Store a premier seller & servicer for computers & computer parts recommended this Geekom as it fit my needs exactly. It arrived with no setup or instructions of any kind. It has taken me a month of watching YHouTube videos, then finally paying MicroCenter to date, $450 before I could get comfortable for using my device. I went from a large, clunckybut very nice HP desktop with "old school" internals to my state of the art Geekom which turns out to only be the beginning of my quest. IMPORTANT UPDATE.!!! My grandfather once to me that "usually when all is said and done, usually more is said than is done". Fortunately that is not the case with Geekom. Unknown to me Amazon sent the first review I completed to Geekom and The seller contacted me immediately. Geekom apologized and took responsibility for my issue and we talked and worked through and resolved my issue completely. I am revising my review to reflect the lengths Geekom went to to insure my satisfaction by taking concrete steps internally to address my issue, to make me whole, and to avoid reoccurrences with other customers. Companies sales and profits rise and fall on the strength or weakness of their Customer Support, and Geekom has gone above and beyond and deserves the greatful applause of both its customers (me) and Amazon for implementing policies that can lead always, to customer satisfaction. Kudos all around!

IT IS TRUE!!!! 6 months give or take Lifespan ( ˘︹˘ )... It just died, I bought it in November 2024 and today is May 17 2025 = ABOUT 6 MONTHS. Those reviews at one star level is true. This is only a temporary solution before buying a regular/gaming desktop. I only bought this because I wanted to bring this along with monitor/keyboard/etc when traveling. Now I know just get a good laptop instead. I paid about $599ish when I bought this item. I should have known this wouldn't last long. SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Geekom XT12 Pro arrived nicely packaged and was easy to hook up to my audio interface, LAN, wifi printer and USB keyboard and mouse. Aged 79, but I still found it straightforward to get installed to my MS account and MS 365 subscription. It updated for quite a while, not unexpected now that WIn11 is getting "mature." Getting all of 3 email accounts sync'd with Outlook was mildly troublesome but finally achieved by Day 2 almost as if the XT12 did it by itself. The little box is silent most of the time but when working hard there is a very quiet whispery fan which does the job. Very happy at this point.

I was a little nervous at first. I am a tech and wanted something really small as I do not have a large work area at home. Not a huge fan of Windows 11 but needed to get used to it as my customer update. When I was setting up the computer it seemed really slow which with the memory and CPU it should be fast compared to my old Windows 10 Intel computer (which I loved except it was fan less and was over heating). Once I got everything installed, configured, and cleaned up windows bloat I am very pleased. Response times are fabulous. For the size and price I am extremely happy. My old Intel was 5 years old and I hope this PC last just as long. Will update if I have any issues but loving the dual HDMI.
