I have to say I was skeptical that this little, light-weight strap could do anything to help my knee but I was pleasantly surprised. On my previous run (before getting this) my knee started hurting not even a mile into my run. Two days later I strapped this on and, although I could feel the pressure I normally do before it starts hurting, my knee did not have any pain. This is the first knee strap Ive tried and I am thrilled! I have run with it 5 times now and getting the same results.From what I have read, there are different types of knee straps depending on what is wrong with your knee. However, I was never given an exact diagnoses for my knee issues so I was also thrilled that it worked for whatever is wrong with mine...but keep that in mind when buying a strap/sleeve.

I am recovering from patellar tendonitis, as well as a possible minor meniscus injury (just finished physical therapy!). I bought this strap for day-to-day and moderate exercise use. I still use a bigger brace for high-intensity exercise. I also use athletic tape to keep my knee cap tracking straight. this strap is wonderful! It immediately stops the minor pain from walking around my house and up and down stairs, something even the tape doesn't do very well. Most of the time I use it over the tape, but I have used it on its own. Without the tape I do feel some weakness around my patella, so I'd say it probably wouldn't offer enough support on its own if I wasn't already mostly recovered. But as an after-injury support it's perfect! Would definitely recommend!

My chiropractor recommended one of these straps but I didn't have much faith that it would do anything since it doesn't look like much. Boy was I in for a surprise! Relief from my jumper's knee was pretty immediate (ymmv) and if I forget to wear it, I really feel the difference. I looked at a lot of strap options before choosing this one by Marquee Sports and I am SO happy with my decision. The strap stays put, doesn't bind, doesn't make my leg sweaty, it's easy to clean if needed and is very adjustable.

I had been experiencing increasing pain from patellar tendonitis for a few months when I decided to try this product. I honestly didn't expect a whole lot but figured it was worth a shot. As it turns out, I was about to be pleasantly surprised. When I wear the strap, I don't feel any pain while I'm walking and only mild irritation amidst other activities, including dynamic workouts. The cushioning on the face of the strap also allows me to kneel without pain. As for design and style, it is completely invisible under a flowing skirt or pair of slacks that do not hug the calf. Even fastened tightly, moreover, it is comfortable for several hours but does begin to chafe a bit after that.

I use this strap almost every day. I have two different types I like the strap adjustments. I have a crippling knee that this strap gives me some confidence when I walk that my knee will stay in place. I use with a great compression sleeve together. Remember these straps and other sleeves, braces, are not a replacement for surgery. I am using to put off the inevitable replacement surgery, if you are younger and running you are in better condition than I. Fits well and is comfortable, Fits women and men's knees. For me doesn't stop the pain. Remember to keep track of how tight this strap all straps are around the knee. Easy to cut off blood circulation to calf and foot. For the price and great quality I recommend this highly.

I work on my feet all day and my commute is a combination of walking & public transportation, so I needed some support for when my knee starts aching. I don't use it while working out because I want my knee to strengthen in its natural position, plus the strap is a little bulky behind the knee during deep bends, like squats & lunges.This strap is very comfortable & totally adjustable (I have a 12 1/2" knee) and it's very convenient that the back section of strap can slide out of the rings at the sides, so you don't need to slip it over your foot. I chose this style of knee support because it's easily concealed under many types of bottoms, except for my skinny jeans, and it's understated enough looking that I may still wear this strap over my jeans when necessary. I haven't washed it yet, but it feels well made, so that it will tolerate hand washing and air-drying well.Delivered quickly, also.

I have being using the Marquee Sports Patella Knee Strap for about a week now and I absolutely love it. It has greatly reduced my knee pain when walking. I have tried a variety of products meant to do the same thing but have had nowhere near the results I've had with the Marquee strap. I've tried kinesiology tape but my skin reacts horribly to adhesives - and I've tried multiple kinds. I've tried various "sleeves" but, to be blunt, I have large thighs and they either don't fit at all or roll down and bunch behind my knee. And I've also tried two other straps. They were also too tight. But the Marquee has a very generous strap that is adjustable from both sides and it fits perfectly! It is comfortable AND it keeps my kneecap aligned without cutting off circulation. I am extremely happy and grateful to have found this product. I highly recommend it!

I am long distance marathon runner and avid CrossFit athlete with a bum knee. I usually wear sleeves when I lift but they get sweaty and often slide down when running. I love these straps and ended up buying a few sets for friends and for athletes that I train. They fit under leggings or can be worn on top and I didn't have any abrasion issues.
