I've owned all kinds of strength/weight training exercise equipment, and have wanted to downsize to a minimum, which this helps me accomplish. I own both the Wonder Core and Twister Board and they are working out better than I expected. It's great that the Wonder Core has adjustable resistance, and even though at first I was skeptical, I've found this has been a great piece of equipment for core training and arm/shoulder strengthening, which I need for a shoulder injury.Since it's adjustable, as you gain strength, you can just amp it up. Is a great addition to free weight exercises.

This machine is very easy to use and I can do my sit-up/crunches with ease. Very, very smooth. I would definitely recommend this product. However, used it 2x a week....so I haven't seen a big result (but that's because I am not consistent...so that is only on me...not the machine...hopefully I can find the time to do more and do another review). But I like this product very much - came assembled, you can fold it and store is away (mine is under my bed) and it won't take up space. Very good product.

This works the abs out very well the only negative is I have to get on the floor to use it

Everything is perfect and more was in the package than I was expecting. Bands came with the machine, twist board, floor protector and dvds. It works perfectly and as expected. The guides show many exercises! Now I just have to stay motivated. But that’s on me!

Perfect for me, with a bad back

I have not started to use it to its full capacity, however, I know it is a comfortable work out equipment for my needs in doors.It is very motivational to treat myself with this product. I like the model, design and vision to create such an effective piece of exercise machinery.

Absolutely great helps me because I a little over weight and lifting my weight doing pushups or sit ups makes it easy to knock out so much more than I could do without it, thus I love it.

I love the Wonder Core! It also comes with bands so you can get a full workout if that's what you choose.

I feel it working the muscles, as I go thru my routine. It is even fun.

I have cervical spine issues which makes sit ups difficult and push ups impossible. This allows me to do both and push my self. Something i have not been able to do for a long time. Ads do not lie. So small. Can store under bed or sofa. We bought 1 to try. But we are ordering 2 more so myself my hubby and son can all use at once. Also great for the legs. It does all it claims to do. My hubby has lower back issues and it works for him as well.

Not impressed.. I actually logged in today to see if I could return it and I'm just a few days outside the return window. I would waste your money
