So difficult to find in shops!
Adore this product, whole family has been using it for years, it adds a wonderful depth of flavour to so many dishes. (Don't be fooled by the name, it's a liquid not a thick ketchup). First time I've bought it online as can't find it anywhere to buy either on supermarkets or small specialist shops any more. Arrived extremely well packaged and in good time. Very happy!

Honestly, this is the best thing to have in the cupboard to add instant depth and flavour to a whole range of recipe, especially if you are a veggie like me!Perfect for beefing up stews, pasta sauces and a whole host more with solid umami flavour, without the bitter tang of other sauces.Try it out… you won’t regret it!

Where are all the mushroom ketchup?
The the stuff, but here in Suffolk, I had problems finding it in the shops? Where I don't know, so I bought bulk on here, great!

Vital gravy ingredient
I have used this in gravy for years and was shocked to find it missing from the supermarket shelves recently during shortages of everything! Does everyone use this? Or no one? Anyway, I now have enough to last me for years! And even to try as flavouring for other things. Don't worry if you don't like mushrooms, it's really more like a general delicious seasoning.

Let me just say... I hate mushrooms themselves. And my sneaky, sly mother has been putting this stuff in cooking for years.. and never told me. Any wonder my kids complained that my cooking never tastes like nanny's. Well now I know why! And a bottle lasts quite a while. I ruined my first lot of gravy with this because I slung a big ol' dollop in without tasting (or asking the witch thats been using it to tempt my kids away from my food). Its strong.. has a distinct mushroomy smell.. which is good considering. Great if you hate the umbrella looking veggies (I think they're veggies 🤔). Anyway..yup. get some. You won't regret it!
