Ovonics are premium packs in every sense of the word.
The seller was quick to handle the issue and im proud to say that the Ovonic batteries are as solid as they have always been.. i believe i received a returned pack that in the package with the other packs vented and and heated the other pack up causing them to both puff and vent.. the pack ovonic sent is perfect and preformance is the same as a 95c R-line, on race day i fly R-Line v2 HV 1550s and 1300s as those packs are amazing but these are the best packs on the market in the non HV arena... they hold up to 4.30 per volt perfectly and will give you a solid 50 to 60 race quality cycles when slightly over charging and really flying the packs hard.. im a 6s convert on the race track BUT course depending i still do fly 4s and these are my hard core practice packs, they still cant handle the amps like a V2 R-Line BUT they preform exactly like a 95c Rline as i believe they are the same packs rebranded.. the 95c Rlines cost about 35% more but preform exactly the same.. i really do love these packs, the 1300 100c Ovonics pack is about 35 grams lighter then v2 100c Rline v2s and on smaller tracks i will run these over the v2s to save weight so long as im not needing the pack to be able to hold 90 to 100 amps on longer straights for a long period of time... these are fine race packs at an amazing cost with cycle life in the 80 to 90 race quality cycles if yoy charge to 4.20 and discharge to a resting voltage of 3.65 to 3.7 with another 30 to 40 really good cycles after that... if yoy over charge to 4.30 and discharge to 3.5ish resting your race quality cycles with be around 50 to 60 and another 30 or so good cycles before the IR jumps up and pack starts not being able to sustain voltage under high amp draw...All in all this is the finest pack in you can buy for the money PERIOD.. you get world class performance for 23 to 25 bucks a pack when 95c Rlines are another 8 to 10 bucks a pack and performance is identical.. these packs stand up to my 225 to 240 gram race builds powered by F40 pro v2s or F60 pro v2s and give my ample cycles when im abusing them pretty hard and come back for more.. in fact if the race doesnt allow HV charging then i run these 1300s for smaller tighter tracks and the 1550s for big open high speed tracks.. running GF5055s on a 240 gram build with custom 2750 KV F40 pro v2s these little 1300s will hold up to the 130 amp bursts and 30 to 40 amps constant no problems coming down at fair temps and holding above 14 volts pretty steady so long as im not WOT for to long... smaller tracks making 2.5 minutes can be done on the 1300s if they are over charged to 4.30 per cell with those motors so long as its a light weight build, say 220 to 230 max...When flying 260ish gram dry weight freestyle builds (i hate carryinga gopro i hate the weight so i run a clearview setup with DVR to give me as good of video as i can get from DVR..) on the 1300s with F40 pro v2 2400kv motors and HQ5x4.3x3v1s props i can get 4 mins of nice flowy freestyle without much issue and have very consistant voltage throughout the flight, 5 minutes on the 1550s.. but i like lighter weight on freestyle ships to, you get used to light weight builds in racing and then when you fly a 300 gram dry weight pig freestyle it feels unresponsive and sloppy even if its not.. you just get used to the instantness of the light weight builds and heavier builds feel sluggish, no so much in acceleration but in response and yaw authority.. these batteries will make you faster around tracks because less voltage sag and a better freestyle pilot for the same reason... when you go to punch over a tree and your doing so very close to it you want a pack that will react the same 3 minutes in to the flight as it does in the first minute... this pack will give yoy exactly that..Thanks to ovonics for premium customer service, premium batteries and handling a problem very quickly.. i love you guys, and anyone that buys Ovonics batteries will love you to.These are fantastic batteries, but what I received today is a joke.. I don't know what happened but the box I got had one pack that is destroyed in it. Maybe a returned pack? But now I don't want I'm very very NOT HAPPY and these packs being in my house is a danger.. I'm assuming it's a returned product or that the cells got damaged somehow causing the pack to puff and rip the shrink wrap.. I'm scared to even have these in the house as the cells are puffed REALLY BADLY.

Original Pack Defective - Replacement SPECTACULAR! Stellar CS!
Edit: Ovonic reached out to me and sent me a replacement pack. This has performed exponentially better that the one reviewed below and has helped renew my faith in the brand. Throughout my experience with their CS department I've been incredibly impressed. They wanted to do everything in their power to make it right and that, to me, is a hell of a lot more important than a random defect, which all products have at some point.Flight times with the new pack, even flying HARD on the throttle in below freezing temperatures, have rivaled my favorite brands, and this has earned a spot in my collection as a reliable pack. As such, I have updated my review score to 5 stars, one for their replacement pack's performance, taking into consideration the issue with the first, and the 5th for their exemplary service. Eileen, the rep I worked with, truly cares about this brand and worked diligently with me to ensure the highest quality standards.I'm leaving my original review up, but am adding this. If you are looking to try a new brand I do recommend Ovonic. Not only did their product stand up among much more expensive brands, their CS stood behind it and really proved that they want us pilots to have the best possible experience, which this replacement pack definitely provided. That, to me, justifies 5 stars.***Original Review of Defective Pack***The Good: Nice packaging. Light weight. Nice connector quality. Charges fast. No puffing after some abuse. Recovers relatively quickly after big draw. Gives output that is comparable to other 100C packs. Comes with nice balance lead cover. The Not So Good: Does not handle big throttle punches well...drops voltage very...very quickly. Delivers the power, but the pack sags badly after. Defective pack?I have had the pack for just under a month. I tested with 2204 motors and 5045/5050 Cyclones on a Chameleon clone. Quad weight without the pack is 380g, so middle of the road as far as weight is concerned. Each flight I've found that even on the first punch (in the video it is below 30 seconds) the voltage drops dramatically. As mentioned, it does bounce back, but having the low voltage warning kick in that quickly really was not impressive, and the video was with 5045 props, too.5 flights on the pack, so I feel confident that it was "broken in" adequately. Always kept at storage when not flown and charged at .8C.I have definitely used worse, and I've heard better from others, so I can't help but wonder if mine was defective, but as it stands I can recommend this pack for anything beyond light cruising. It recovers ok, but having the low battery warning come on inside of 30 seconds just isn't good enough for me.***SEE UPDATED REVIEW - DRFECTIVE PACK WAS REPLACED WITH MUCH BETTER ONE...NO ISSUES***

Very short wires
Seems solid so far. But wires are so short!

Solid battery, never had any issues.
This battery feels like an expensive battery and it packs a punch while flying. I was a bit concerned that buying a 13000mah battery wouldn't be enough flight time, but I was wrong. I can get about 5 minutes of flight with a quad built for 6s. Battery sag isn't too bad, I would recommend this product.

Best battery I've got
This was the first battery I bought for my 5" 4S FPV quad and it is the only one I own that is still delivering 90A+ punches, a year and a half later. In that time I've had 4x 4S 100C 1300mAh RDQ batteries, 3x started getting way out of balance and the fourth is perfectly balanced but starts dropping 20% sooner than the OVONIC. I've got 6x 100C CNHL G+Plus that are half the age of this battery and they're barely able to keep up. I might be able to complain that the shrinkwrap around it isn't very durable due to it being more brittle than the material used on the other batteries, but I just wrapped it with some clear packing tape and still send it. It was only $15.70 when I bought it too, making it the cheapest battery in the lot.
