Wax Heater Pot, Wolady Waxing Warmer Hair Removal Kit Professional Hot Wax Machine Starter Set with 4 Pack Hard Beans and 10 Sticks

So I followed the instructions, letting the wax melt on HI then switching to MED which in the instructions was called "middle". It said it would keep the wax consistently hot. It did not and the wax started to cool and thicken. So i thought maybe I hadn't let it heat up enough the first time even tho it had become liquid. So back up to high and it got hot again but every time i put it back to med, the indicator light went off and the wax started to thicken. I tried to keep it on high but was too hot to use at that temperature and the indicator light again was turning off even on high.Also the wax sent with it came in 4 different colours but one bag of wax barely covered the bottom of the heater when melted. Couldn't get a good even layer on the was so some bits cooled faster on the skin and it just flaked off. Also barely any of my hair came off. Really disappointed. I received it today and now what?

I'm giving this product 5 stars. I bought this product at a very cheap price. The wax warmer is really the value here. it does come with everything you need. İt did the job and for beginners I would say this is a good product. Good container and hold a lot. The container is very good since has the wax divider. It is a very smart design. This way the wax won't drop on the said and we can control how much we want it. Beans heat up fast. Smooth after wax. The warmer itself is very well made. Also the multiple setting allowing different temperature

From the first time I ve used it it started making electrical short circuit, starting with some short flames. It happened several times so it s not just a one time thing. I don t recomand it! It s not fair to pay for something and in return it doesn t even make its job. I should get a full refund on it and if you want a prove I can send it to you to see the problem with your own eyes.

Terrible do not buy !!!! Blew up when I first plugged in and turned off my electricity I had to reset the mains fuse box. Refunding ! I’m so dissapointed !!

Everything came as it looks, felt that some hairs wouldn’t come out and it’s a bit tricky to use, if you don’t spread the wax in thick enough, when you go to rip it off, it will just snap and you’ll end up having to scape it of, which hurts! When you try it a few times though and get a couple good bits it does work well enough for the price.
