Purina Fortiflora Dog Nutritional Supplement (2 Pack) 30 Sachets Each

I'm not sure this is authentic. When I bought from the store the packets were bigger and thicker material. The powder in this listing also has white flakes in it that were not in the store bought purina. I'm also noticing a change in his stool which shouldn't be happening as we were already using this product.

My dog has issues with allergies and is on lots of medications. This results in gastrointestinal issues and I needed to find something that would counter the side effects. Once he started eating his food with this sprinkles on it- his movements became bigger and that was a blessing. Bigger movements cause his anal glands to expel on their own so we do not need to intervene.Would recommend this to any dog owners.

My sweet rescue pit bull was having problems with diarrhea or pudding soft poop frequently. My vet recommended this to help her tummy & it has worked. She now eats this daily & rarely has diarrhea anymore. if she misses a dose her poop becomes too soft again. She’s a picky eater so I wasn’t sure if she would eat it but she has never turned her nose up at it.

There are quite a few probiotics out there but this Purina formula is the only one I can truly say I've seen improvement in my dog after using. Long antibiotic therapy gave your pup the squirts? Try this. Fixed mine up in about 2 days after 10days of high dose doxycycline therapy. Did he eat something weird in the yard and barf it up? Fortiflora. Cant get his regular diet because of COVID supply issues and the new stuff you fed him doesn't seem to be setting well? Fortiflora. Farty and tummy grumbling? Fortiflora. I bought my first of these from my Vet.. They are better priced at amazon by 10.00. It works great.My 2 AKC black labs are 13 years old.. They were passing smelly gas (I mean it would wake you up) and had irregular bowel movements..Not anymore...I moved from regular Purina to IAMs and this product Purina Fortiflora Dog Nutritional Supplement. It may take Purina Fortiflora 2-3 months to take effect..

After multiple expensive vet visits when my 2 year old was a puppy (gastritis) as well as her love of eating poop (yuck!), everything I read said that this could be to a deficiency in certain nutrients. Whatever the cause, after adding this supplement to my pups food in the morning had significantly decreased both issues. No more visits to the vet, and she seems to be over her poop eating habits. The only drawback is the cost... expensive. But much cheaper than an emergency visit to the vet.

I have two pit bulls, both with sensitive stomachs.. even the “sensitive stomach” food isn’t enough to keep their bellies calm sometimes. Our vet suggested adding a probiotic to their diet— I started giving them yogurt but, what do you know, the dairy upset them even more. So I started giving them this, and it’s basically stopped their middle of the night poop emergencies. I split one packet between the two dogs with their breakfast every day for the last two months and I’ve seen a huge difference.

My vet has me give this to my dog before and during his stays in the kennel when I leave town as he has a history of stomach upset. It does appear to help keep his stools from getting runny, but I've noted that when I first start him on it or if I leave him on it for very long that he gets the world's most impressive flatulence. Oh, my. I wish I understood the mechanism that makes that happen. Be forewarned!
