This keepsake box was purchased as a gift. It arrived in timely manner (actually earlier than expected), was well packaged and is in perfect condition with no flaws. The lid is tight fitting as noted in other reviews but still easy to open. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect as a gift for a special person.
