Beautifully made.
I ordered this at the same time I ordered others from China. The ones from China are nice but all the edges are sharp and the outer area was pretty thin. Those made by Kettle Moraine are wider, in case some birds have already started pecking at the wood surrounding the hole and it is copper with all the edges very smooth and has the correct sized screws with it. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful and work great
I put these on all of my bird houses to keep out larger, unwanted visitors and keep the nesting moms and baby birds safe. They add to the look of the house as well, they are very well-made and sturdy.

High quality workmanship.
Wren houses require a very small entry hole. Most pre-built houses have holes that are too large for wrens. They will stay away from a too large hole. This item will adapt a larger hole to the correct size.

Exactly what I needed!
Being new to having bird houses, I did know that a wren house needs something around its opening to prevent larger birds from taking over. My newest wren house had no such protection and a search of the hardware store came up empty. I had no idea I could find something called a predator guard, made for bird houses! Easy to install, attractive, and best of all, made my day when a sparrow tried over and over, and failed to get in!

Great craftsmanship
I’m very pleased with the craftsmanship,Nowadays well-crafted items are not that easy ti”o find …..but this company takes Pride in their product !!Easy to attach to the Wren and Chickadee houses.Metal well smoothed on edges, no roughness.Appropriate length screws included to attach to houses.

Perfect bird house opening
I like to have wrens, or chickadees in my bird houses and these keep bigger birds and squirrels from being able to peck the opening on wood houses to make it larger. They will also keep blackbird from stealing the eggs and baby birds. Perfect 👍

Exactly what you expect, and something unexpected.
This arrived a week before the stated date (from KMW INC) and was well-packed. It's very good quality, and, are you ready... it's stamped USA! Wow, we can still make a flat piece of copper with a hole in the middle. I shouldn't joke, it is good that this is American made. Recommended.
