Most of the kitchen shears I have had were either cheap, came in a knife set and weren’t sharp or sturdy, or were expensive (overpriced) and still weren’t sharp or strong enough. I use kitchen sissors everyday, throughout the day. These just arrived and I’m already appreciating how well they cut and what a good value they will be compared to all their predecessors. I bought them on a lightening deal impulse buy without researching reviews or comparing to other products as I normally do before making purchases. Very happy with the purchase and now have a new motto: Life’s too short to work in the kitchen with dull sissors! (Sometimes it’s the little things that make us happy). So now about those knives I need...

Blades separated and loose after 2 months. Not useable

Ever since buying these shears, cutting meats and vegetables has been a breeze! The shears are sharp enough to cut through chicken and steaks. These are a lot easier to use than butcher knives and do the job just fine. They are comfortable to use and seem durable.

I initially gave this a 5 Star review and in just 4 months have changed my mind. While they are very nice looking and are sharp, they rust and fall apart very easily and quickly even with very light use. I have only ever cut broccoli and raw SOFT sausage links. All around the hinges are rusted (even with cleanup it returns right away) and the hinges have come loose for no reason at all with no way of being able to tighten it. While they are still sharp and I can technically still use them, it is a matter of time before they open up completely and I would rather not cut food with rusty scissors.I am very disappointed in this product!2 stars becuase the seller was understanding and gave me a refund with no questions asked.

I had a pair of kitchen shears but they were on the dull side. I bought these shears honestly because of the excellent price point. What I got was an excellent pair of kitchen shears. I cook a lot and using these all the time. Extremely durable and super sharp.

These scissors are really great. I liked them so much I have bought two pairs. But they cannot hold up to real kitchen work. I was spatchcocking a chicken and the handle snapped when cutting the chicken. The blade metal does not extend into the handle but rather is just attached via plastic. Any force when cutting will cause it to break. See attached image. Also, the black plastic piece which covers the disassembly mechanism falls out all the time and you lose it. Not great.

Great scissors. Sharp, cut smoothly. The day after receiving them, I had 15 pounds of chicken breasts to cut into smaller serving sections. They work great. Scissors are substantially made and the protective cover easily comes off and on but will not come off accidentally. Easy to wash and keep clean.
