BEST TASTING GUMMIES
OK so my doctor said I had to take potassium and magnesium every day because I’m getting older. Yay. Lol. These have been the best gummy’s that I found, that helped the most with getting the amount of magnesium and potassium that I need, also they help with aches and pains. And I sleep better. So I’m gonna keep taking them!

I was low in both minerals and my levels elevated plus it taste amazing and I am not a kid !!! I read reviews and it say gummies absorb better so that’s why I chose this !

I like them a lot but…
Until I get about half way through the bottle. I have the hardest time getting them out of the bottle. The last few I have to get a knife to get them out. I know it sounds silly but it’s hard for an old woman with small hands…I have to get a knife to get them out. I’m usually in bed when I take them so it’s a major inconvenience. I’m going to try another brand to see if they are easier. I only take gummy supplements and these are the only ones I struggle with
