I hate writing reviews but had to do this.... these were true home cooking Punjabi style via England! My parents grew up in England and still love their curried Spam don’t dis until you try it . I am known as a good cook I am excited to try some of your recipes to spice up my Punjabi kitchen.... thanks!

LOVE this book! Great photographs of the dishes (and of all the family behind them)! Brilliant stories, and I can’t wait to try some of the amazing recipes. Very reasonable price too. Definitely recommend!

Mr Singh's recipes are easy to follow and delicious. I've always been hesitant to cook with spices and chili, but this cookbook makes it easy and it works out every time - so I'm so glad I bought this cookbook! The pictures are colourful and mouthwatering, and the personal family touch is as heart warming as the dishes are spicy!

i really dont want an asian/indian cookbook that has recipes of pizza and fish and chips in,really i dont.and as for curry lasagne......spare me please.truly dissapointing cookbook on every level.
