After using many products, I decided to try one that was recommended by customers at Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised when my skin was softened and moisturized after only a few days.

Moisturizes and adds a glow to my skin.

I am no expert on skin care, and I am certainly no expert on what ingredients should or should not be in a moisturizer. But I do see ingredients listed in this moisturizer that I see listed in some of the best skin care products. For example, ceramides are listed as one of the top 5 ingredients and it is states on the box that this LuminaSkin moisturizer contains 2.5% of ceramides. And I do know that ceramides are good for strengthening the skins barrier and sealing in moisture. Also, ceramides are good for all skin types. So, I am excited to see what this cream can do for my skin. I have only been using it for a few days so I can only tell you about my immediate experience with it. I have dry skin and I have been using this as my first skin care product and then adding my other products such as serums etc. It doesn't leave a sticky feel and it absorbs quickly into my skin. I do feel like it is hydrating and giving me that extra little something I have needed. The ingredients list "parfum" as the last ingredient so it will have a scent. I have a really bad sense of smell so I can't tell you if it is bad or even noticeable...I can't smell anything. I will say I prefer my skin care products to be scentless just because we don't need "parfum" on our face.I am happy with this LuminaSkin moisturizer, but I gave it 4-stars because there was not enough information listed in the description and because it contains parfum. Would I purchase again? Yes.

This review is for the LuminaSkin brand Triple Lipid Restore Cream. The packaging states that it contains 2.5% ceramides, 4% cholesterol, and 2.27 fatty acids. The packaging is very nice, arriving in a cellophane wrapped box. The cream comes in an elegant and heavyweight glass container.The cream has a very light and pleasant scent. It rubs in easily. It is greasier than I would prefer for day cream on my combination skin, so I only use it at bedtime. I have mild rosacea and this didn’t irritate my skin.There is absolutely no indication on where this product is made, and I took several minutes to search for the information on the packaging and online. However, when I checked the seller information for “LuminaSkin USA” the business address is in China. This lack of transparency makes me somewhat uncomfortable since I usually avoid unknown beauty products from China.

This cream got those ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids that is good for skin. After using it for few week, I noticed that smoother skin, less noticeable pores, and an even skin tone. There's a marked improvement in skin smoothness.Here is how to use: Take a small amount – we're talking a pea-sized dollop – and warm it up between your fingertips. Then, applying it daily to your face, neck, and chest. In the morning, slap it on after a vitamin C serum and before sunscreen because, let's be real, we all need that protection from the sun's rays. And for the nighttime routine, apply it after using retinol. And it got this lightly scents like jasmine flowers that smell really good.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this hoping it would be similar to skinceuticals. First, the cream is thick but it doesn’t absorb into the skin the way skinceuticals does, and although thicker than the more expensive brand, my skin doesn’t feel as moisturized. It also doesn’t the faint lavender scent of skinceuticals; it has absolutely no smell. In consistency, smell and effectiveness, it seems identical to (drug store brand) cetaphil’s deep moisturizer, which is about $20. I was also disappointed that nowhere on the jar or box does it indicate where this cream is made. In sum, it’s a nice cream for $20 but not for for the approx $90.

The lid on this cream does not tighten, the lines on the container do not align with the lid. So the lid just sits on the top. I could just as well use a paper napkin to sit on it.

I'm really happy with THIS LUMINASKIN ANTI-AGING CREAM MOISTURIZER FACIAL SKIN CARE. I think whether this is the right skin cream for you, is going to depend very much on your skin type. I have very dry skin. I find many skin care products, and most face makeup, too drying. This product is clearly intended for dry skin, and is exactly what my skin needs to look and feel hydrated.I noticed in the other reviews, there are several comments calling this cream greasy or oily. When first applied, it does feel a bit that way, but like all facial skin creams, it takes a minute to fully absorb. If your skin doesn't fully absorb it, you have either applied too much product, or your skin is not dry enough for this particular face creme. If you have dry skin, it will fully absorb this product. If you have dry skin, this WILL NOT leave your skin looking oily or greasy.For anybody with very dry skin, and particularly dry aging skin, this product is EXACTLY what you need to make your skin look and feel hydrated, plumped, and youthful. I even add a drop or two of it to my liquid foundations, to make them less drying and more dewy looking.Don't be quick to dismiss this product. If you have dry skin, you'll be really happy you ordered this. It is more than just a temporary fix. Applying it at night, means waking up with soft smooth skin, that looks and feels hydrated. It seems to penetrate well, and improve overall skin tone and condition.
