Sometimes you get these bulk packs and many some are bad or unusable. This pack was good. I didn't find any mis-cut or deformed.

I have bought thousands of these through the years. Don’t use that many in my old age so I bought them on Amazon. They are only a little more than half as thick as what all the others are. I only got them here because of the free shipping. The price was comparable for the washers. That’s the problem with Amazon for me, free shipping is good but they sell a whole lot of cheeeep junk.

did the trick to reinforce

These 3/16" washers are thin enough that they bend quite easily as the pictures show. I ended up using two of the washers together, and that was stiff enough. The ad mentions 1mm thickness, and I measured around 1.05-1.1mm, but some of the other ads mention say 1.5mm, so maybe those thicker backup washers would be better and not bend.

These did not work for me - they measured about 1/64th smaller than 3/16" so my rivets do not fit through the holes. Also, the description clearly state multiple times that these are aluminum, but the ones I received are steel. I returned them.
