Green coffee beans Ethiopia Sidamo (highland raw coffee beans 1000g)

I dont like it-wasn't expected beans to be as that hard! honestly It cant be blended in coffee grinder as you can burn motor yes I nearly done it so I bought even a mortar to grind the beans but still they wont powder completely and you need to give it a really strong elbow and once you worked hard to get them ready to pour with hot water it just stays on bottom of the cup so you have to eat it with spoon ?? or just stir and quickly drink but be careful not to get choked.. so for me it just doesn't work I thought it will be something easier and more pleasurable to drink - tastes like a flour mixed with some dried grass-but if I would get slimer I wont mind the taste. shame I bought 1 kg as it just waste space in my grocery shelf. if you can advise me what to do with it I will appreciate- probably pigeons won't eat it lol
