Would definitely recommend
This is the second cup I've tried. The first one I bought had 2 different sizes and the medium in this product is the same size as the small of the other cup I bought.The cup size is great, as its not too big to be uncomfortable, (like the large in the other one I bought). But I found the smaller one of the other type I bought wasn't big enough on heavier days.So this is the best of both worlds. Small enough to be comfortable, but has a valve for heavier days, so I only have to change it twice a day.I also found the valve easy to use.I would have given it 5 stars of it was cheaper, (the other one I bought was a box of four and was cheaper than this, good quality too).

Don't know why I hadn't tried this sooner!!!
At 34 I've got rather a few years of wearing tampons under my belt. Its only in the last year I even heard of mentrual cups and to be honest was a little reluctant thinking about the practicalities and mess involved with emptying etc so have been putting it off. But I finally decided to buy one and got my first opportunity to use it today. Honestly...best thing I've even done. Really easy to insert, mile's more comfortable than a tampon and I just feel much more hygienic than wearing tampons. Easy to discharge using the valve, not a single leak and I've even been out running with it in. Wish I'd made the switch years ago. Definitely won't be going back to tampons. Encourage anyone dubious to give it a go, not only for yourself but also for the planet - Let's stop sending tampons/sanitary pads into landfill!

One of the best products I’ve brought!
This has been on my wish list for a couple of months, I deeply regret not buying it sooner. I brought it as I hate emptying a cup in public toilets, this completely solves that problem.It takes a couple of days to get used to it as the stem is longer that a ‘traditional’ cup but worth it.I highly recommend this product!

This is a life changer!
Wish this had been around years ago, makes life so much simpler easy to empty and much cleaner than conventional menstrural cups. No removal and reinsertion required. As long as you empty frequently one your heavy days no leaks either. Have recommended to all my female friends.Thank you for making my life so much better and for helping the environment.

Game changer !!!!
I love this product! The shiny and soft material helps Insert the cup comfortably and easily. Even though it’s soft it stays in place perfectly due to the suction.The valve is a game changer! I suffer with terrible periods and that includes very heavy bleeding. I can easily empty my cup as frequently as I need to without mess or discomfort.The removal takes a bit of practise but It’s something that is easier now. Highly recommended this cup!

Great product
Ok so my sister in law has been telling me about these for years and for whatever reason I put it off. Now having used one I can only say how big of a mistake that was. This is so amazing took a while to figure out the best way to place it but once I did it was great only problem (and I think this is another practice thing as this is the first month I’ve used it) is that when I use the valve I make more of a mess than if I just take it out and empty it I will continue to try and find the best way if I can and edit this hopefully

Like many of the reviews: can’t believe I didn’t switch sooner and urge you to try this product or a similar one.I like the valve on this sort. I’m still getting used to it but thoroughly recommend.

Perfect
Genuinly the best mooncup i have purchased in 6 years.I usually use boots mooncups, however for much cheaper this has the same feel plus i can empty it when in public without taking it out.
