Tried and found 100mg a bit strong so cut tablet in two 50mg worked fine take half hour b4 and takes effect well can give you slight head acke in morning but worth it . . Price ok 👌

I thought I would give these a go as I've been intrigued about "performance" medication for men. I have been taking antidepressants for 5 years to treat depression and have steadily noticed that I am a bit "up and down" when it comes to bedtime activities!I presumed it was a sign of my age, mid-40s you do expect things to start slowing down and wear and tear on your body. However, a chat with a work colleague (over a few beers) and we got onto the subject of antidepressants, I discovered that a common side effect can be erection issues and the chap I was speaking to had really struggled whilst on the same medication as I was on.So I gave these pills a go, sadly they have had zero effect for me. They do seem to be more of a health supplement which may have some mild contribution to your trouser department. Perhaps the issues with my medication are not what these pills are designed to combat and I need, eventually hopefully to come off the medication or in the meantime some actual proper "little blue pills".Anyway - I thought with the increase in people taking antidepressant medication then this would be a useful review to say these sadly don't seem to combat the side effects.
