Ambother 2x 20 SMD 5050 LED Daytime Running Lights DRL Lamps E-Marked 4 W

They're very lightweight and made from what feels like cheap hard plastic which could crack easily.but time will tell.i think i'll wrap insulation tape around the edge where the rear case joins the lens to add some extra weatherproofing .i connected one of them to battery to test and they look nice and bright so will install tomorrow and see how long they last.Update ..fitted them today,couldn't use the supplied brackets on my Citroen as they would stick out and not sit flush as they do now,so used adhesive pads,the ones for number plates,so they are very secure.

I ordered these to use as switched reverse lights on my pickup.They appear to be of good quality and are a sealed unit so no risk of water ingress. One of the main bonus features for me is that they clip into their mounting brackets so there are no fixings into the light itself and I can mount them at a 90 degree angle to their intended direction.A quick test has revealed a very bright light for a small price - looking forward to fitting them and being able to see properly when in reverse. Ideal!

The lights lasted exactly one month & then broke. One set went out completely while the other is so dim it's pointless. Would not mind do much but I had them fitted by my mot garage at nearly £80.

Edit: After a few months they started to dim and the individual LEDs stopped lighting upThese lights are good for the price. They come with mounting brackets and extension cables if the included cables aren't long enough. But they feel a bit cheap.They are easy to install however my item also came with an additional wire not pictured in the listing. This is a white wire which can be connected to existing headlights so that when the headlights are switched on the DRLs switch off.For this kit I would also recommend getting a DRL controller to make it easier wiring them in as it means you only need to find a permanent 12v source. I have attached photos showing them installed on my VW Polo 9N3.When installing the lights I would recommend using dielectric grease on the outside of the wiring contacts or some other water-proofing grease so that water won't impact the DRLs

Very poor quality. I had to take them apart and fix them. Also not water proof at all. I had to seal them up

These were great, easy to install, look good, work perfectly. I wasn't sure they'd look right on my car but they do.
