I’m not sure about the effect yet. My doc wanted me to take magnesium to help with sleeping at night. It supposedly takes a month or more to see result so I went ahead and bought 3. I hate swallowing pills and avoid it if possible so gummy’s are a win for me. These taste like red sweedish fish candy if you’ve ever had those.

I was told that most post menopausal women are low in Mg, and this specific type of Magnesium (Glycinate) would be helpful for specific issues around sleep. I bought gummies just bc I am not very good about taking pills, and I thought the fact that this would be like candy would make me more likely to take it. And so take it I did, for a couple of months. At first, I did not notice any changes, but just continued taking it bc they are yummy. But eventually I noticed that my sleep was less interrupted. This helped not with falling asleep, but with staying asleep.So yes, this brand is tasty. And if you are taking it for sleep issues, make sure to give it a few months before making a decision about whether it was effective.

I feel like I'm seeing the benefits from using these. I will probably buy again but all the vitamins came stale. I wanted to exchange it for a new bottle but won't let me.
