The product did as it said on the tub. Does not clear mice immediately but after a time they are all gone. It is not cheap but well worth the money. Much better that fiddling about with mouse traps.

Fantastic stuff. Got rid of my pests within less than a week and they have stayed away. So rather than spend out for pest control do it yourself.
